Jiffy has more than just cornbread?!? Our stores only sell their cornbread! (Aldi's, Dollar General, etc) I guess any other muffin mix will do? I tend to do homemade since prepackaged muffin mixes these days will only have a serving of 2-3 muffins, when they used to be 6! 😡

My late wife used to make this for me after working all-day,it never would make it to the oven, but it was delicious 😋

Looks good. However, I might suggest buying a rotisserie chicken at the deli and stripping the meat off. What meat that doesn't go into this dish can be used to make chicken salad sandwiches and any bones and skin can be used in making a soup stock. Your money gets stretched a little farther.

I love this recipe! The only thing I changed was the vegetables - my partner doesn't like celery (which I love) so I used corn and green beans along with the onions. He loves them! We have been stress eating and gained some weight- I love that these are pre-portioned little ramekins that are so filling. Thank you - new subscriber here!

You forgot to add the spices, a 1/4 cup of milk, one minced garlic, a quarter cup of salsa and a small chopped onion. I like the stuffing mix instead of bread. Other than that, absolute genius.
