Hi sir, I started sprinting on the treadmill a week ago. I began at 16 km/h for 45 seconds, with a heart rate of 171 bpm on my Apple Watch. I did this for 4 days, then increased the speed to 17 km/h for 70 seconds, with a heart rate of 181 bpm. The next day it was 169 bpm, and today it’s 171 bpm. I do this daily, along with weight training 6 days a week, and finish with one round of sprinting. Am I doing this right to improve my VO2 max, strengthen my heart, and lower my resting heart rate?

I believe you are the only one I have added to my favourites on Instagram, so I could get notified for each of your reel. Anyways, I am also a software engineer and have been interested in learning about nutrition, it had helped me achieve good results. Looking forward to learning more from you. I really admire your genuineness and just the right amount of confidence.
Hi JC, between Cytoplasm vs Mitochondria, 1-where is the creatine stored? 2-Where does the ATP creation from PhosphoCreatine take place? 3-Where is the energy release from ATP take place?
@@padminimishra5788 lipolysis happens both before storing fat and after storing fat. When you consume dietary fats ( MCTs being an exception) they’re broken down into glycerol and ffas ( lipolysis) before they enter bloodstream. Once they enter bloodstream, they can either be used for energy or get stored and the same cycle repeats inside the cells
