Leute, die Schöne und das Biest ist ein Märchen. Und was ich hier sehe ist absolut gefährlich und verantwortungslos von den Guids. Das blöde Lachen kommt immer von Menschen, die sich der Gefahr nicht bewusst werden.
Really not good this goes on. It reminds me of bears in Yellowstone holding up traffic, begging for marshmallows before feeding bears was banned. Only a matter of time before there's a serious injury, and the whole orangutan tourist industry comes crashing down
They are turning a “natural” habitat into something worse than the artful oversight dligent care of zoos. Jackie would have a better life with jeremy in monkey world.
Tours like this should be forbidden. The guides train the orangutan to take tourists as hostage. At least they reward them with food when they do this so they learn this behavior.

I have seen these types of videos with many tourists and it is not funny and is actually a dangerous situation. They guides should not encourage this as they simply upset the delicate balance of nature and encourage such behaviour. What many people do not understand is that this is not a 'harmless orangutan' as is often claimed in video titles, but is actually a Scottish woman called Isla McDonagh. She is a HR Manager for a successful logistics company but at the weekend, she is known for having a few drinks and behaving like this with tourists. Locals know about her but tourists are often caught out. Ms McDonagh apparently sees nothing wrong with her behaviour and her twitter page even states 'banana tax inspector'! Notice how she never climbs more than 2 metres above the ground on trees!
This is a dangerous situation. I've seen videos where she tries to bite people. I'm less worried about the tourists and more concerned with what the authorities might do to her if an injured tourist complains.
