The GBD 200 is an aesthetically strong timepiece that perfectly complements any situation. Its design exudes confidence, making it an ideal accessory whether you're in a business meeting or enjoying a casual outing. The robust build and sleek look not only enhance your style but also give you the assurance of durability and performance. This watch truly stands out, providing both functionality and a confident feel to its wearer.
I ordered one of these, showed up with a dead battery and a loose button. After peeling off the THREE "made in china" sickers off the back, I opened the back to replace the battery and the whole movement ejected itself out of the case, broke one of the button contacts off, and the loose button shot out. Got it all back together as best as possible and I couldn't even get the back case back on with a case back press, Biggest waste of money. I owned it for a total five minutes then sent it back. This was the second Timex I've sent back within ten minutes this year, I'm over the brand.
Anyone can speak tit he durability of the DLC? Just want to know if the DLC will hold up against wear and tear. It would be a great shame to drop $4K on a watch and after a few years see scratches if the DLC to uncover the titanium natural colour. Thanks for the video, great looking GSHOCK.
I have the GBX but it's so bad at many things. Extremely laggy menus and "smart" features that just don't work. All I wanted was a vibration notification for text messages and incoming calls but they even couldn't get that to work (a $10 smart watch from China can do that right). If they'd upgraded the firmware to solve all the issues it would be fine but instead they just abandoned it, leaving their customers behind as beta testers. Booo Casio 😡
I like everything about the GBD better, except the GBX shows the sunrise/sunset times which as someone working in video is something I often need to know.
I still like the Oyster bracelet for this style - Submariner vibe- it is minimalist and functional - strong - and it does not take away from the watch/bezel being the 'star' attraction. Of course I have a bigger wrist and I think the Oyster def works better for bigger wrists as it has a 'presence'. Obvi a matter of taste/choice - no wrong answers! The Jubilee on a more 'refined' dressy watch to me makes total sense.
I just picked up one of these Citizen CZ PG2 on Amazon and it was only $111. The way I see it that justifies what I am getting and really can't go wrong at the price point.
I call mine "The Attention Watch" 😂😂 so... I own 2 Tudor BB58, 1 Omega Seamaster and.... NOBODY asks or says anything. As SOON AS I SNAP THIS BIG BOY ON 😂 I feel like a stripper! Everyone watches and asks me about it 😂
My experience was quite different but this can be explained by the fact I live on a different continent. Walked into an AD boutique and half an hour later walked out with the exact same watch as the OP. Never had to register my interest. It was there and I bought it.
whats your wrist size ? CM or " you can tell if you dont mind. it doesnt looks so chunky on you.. im now in deciding between this and B1000, which is mid size MR-G they called. its 46mm and very compact. however dial doesnt looks as attractive as B2000 :D
The Gbx would be the choice for me one million percent. The GBD is more of a workout watch, while the GBX is more of a outdoors sports watch, which aligns better with me Just the fact alone the GBD doesn't have a countdown timer is a deal breaker for me personally, and would make me opt for GBX for that reason alone. Plus I really like the tide and moon graph in the G-lide, and the sunrise and sunset graph as well
