Thank you so much for your commentary on the way through, extremely helpful information, and no ego at all. Pure talent , and so calm and detailed. Best ever 👏
Wow Jules you are so… talented! Seriously girl I was mesmerized watching the creation you did! I love ocean scenery. If you sell your work please let me know. What a gift you have ♥️
Just brilliant, I love the way you tie things together as you explain the process. And yes I couldn’t agree more about not obsessively following a reference image. Love it, well worth the wait 😀
Hey Steve - thanks heaps. I hope to put one out soon regarding the differences between following reference pics and painting what see with our 'eyes' instead...and the traps NOT to fall into if using reference pics. Take care 😁🌺
@@julessharmanartist Thanks, I'm overdue to do some new videos but have found it a little bit hard with a noisy puppy jumping around the place, so instead have been trying to do more blogs, facebook and SEO tips. But he is settling now so back to it. 😀 😂
Lol - we have the opposite problem. My dog's old and the poor dear is deaf and demented which is super demanding. Maybe won't have much longer with him... enjoy your gorgeous pups energy they're so precious. Glad he's settling though 👌
Jules, I just want to say how much knowledge I've gained from your tutorials, I've watched a lot and yours explain things so easily and make sense. Your beach scene in 2 parts was fantastic, have you done a third on the final finishing touches? Also I'd love to see you paint dry/wet rocks on a beach as these are a struggle for me.. 🥰🌷
Thanks again Julie - really appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately there's no Part 3. Thanks for letting me know about rocks...I have those in another fully instructional tutorial I'll be selling on my website in the near future (I have a whole series in the making) - I'll see what I can do to add someone rock tips & techniques here. Thanks again 💙💙
Beautiful work. Surprised this is Acrylic; it has that rich texture that you usually only see in Oil. The colors are saturated, deep; and so pretty. I love how refined the sand/beach work is. This is really, really good. 👌👍 -Best of luck on your art and your channel, and much support from one artist to another. Liked and subbed.
Thanks heaps Jacqui - I was quite upset as I filmed the whole progress and was going turn it into a full tutorial but the camera kept refocusing in the block in stage and I thought it looked too shonkey to upload 😂 xx
Hi Jules... can I suggest when you do a multiple tutorial segments you list them as Part 1, Part 2 etc. That way the viewer can download them in order ...just a thought..keep up good work
good lesson. may I suggest as it's for beginners advise if you are using oil or acrylics in the beginning and all the colours... other than that great job
Cheers Will. I originally had a full demo of the whole painting and introduced mediums, colours and brushes in that one - but did forget to add that in again for this shortened version - soz and appreciate you watching and commenting, Stay safe.
