Ray Franz book was such a eye opening story of the inner workings of the JW organization and Governing Body at that time. In the book the former elder he had lunch with was originally disassociated. Yes you could write a letter up until late 70s to no longer be recognized a JW and still have normal relations with family and JWs could acknowledge you. However the congregation elders got knowledge of the meeting between them. As usual the congregation began to talk. The Governing Body was contacted by Ray Franz former congregation elders and CO. So the disassociation arrangement was ended after that it’s disfellowship. This move was made to retaliate against Ray Franz and so many others who saw this reality of this high control, cultish religion. Ray Franz book is a must read. I then ask them if they want to live forever. . I also tell them that they can leave the organization and their congregation with dignity by telling everybody that they believe Jehovah, Jesus Christ and everything else in the bible. . Walk out with your head held high and jump for joy when you do. . What Jehovah said would happen, is now really happening! . That's Good News ................... right! . Well, I’m not ignorant first off , 2nd I don’t put out anything I have no knowledge of. I’m 42 and was apart of that religion very deep since the age of two, so I was heavily indoctrinated and knows there ins and out of the organization, so therefore I know what I’m talking about. Since I am in agreement with the video, I feel obliged to comment. I’m a 3rd generation born in. I’ve believed, I’ve pioneered, I’ve tried to help others find ‘the truth’. Since watching the Australian Royal Commission & the responses by elders & even Geoffrey Jackson, I’ve woken up. No loving god would tolerate the hypocrisy of an organization that protects predators of csa.
