Adam Savage: IST fascinated set from Swedish army, apreciated very mu h your esplanation how can used. my greeting from South America in Chile to you swell. Thank very much.
Have you every seen a Swedish mess kit, but from Norway? I'm currently looking to solve this mystery, maybe you want to take a look at my video. Can't find anything about it...
just as the video started, I noticed the almost HORIZONTAL ridge line. that's a pretty thick cord on a WHITE background. the video is a bit distorted, I imagine in "real life" I would have noticed it much sooner. I saw it one second into the video.
Don't I feel like a twat being 'late to the party'😕?!? Sorry I'm only catching your stuff now. more content please bloke, like everyone else has said, you're good at this & really easy to listen to! ⛺️😍👍👏👏
Damn y’all have some serious issues with smoking 🚬... he lit up a rocket stove y’all wouldn’t say shit. If he wants to smoke a cigarette that’s his business... smells camp fire for miles too but oh that’s different ... he’s in the middle of the woods, outside, and he still gets it from non smokers! Unbelievable!
Stinging nettles are excellent raw. You can put them through a liquidiser with a little frruit to create a smoothie. Or you can crush the top 2 or 3 pairs of leaves into a ball with your fingers if you have tough pads on them from work. Once the hairs are destroyed they can't sting your mouth.
Thank you for that upload. It seems that I have a poor copy of this sold by Mil-Tec. I don't have that hook on the bale arm or any Kuksa and the pot stand doesn't fit snugly to the pot so I have to hold them together in transit with rubber bands. Why did you stop uploading 4 years ago?
The stove also works well with a civilian Trangia burner... at least you have that simmer ring! Or, find a Tatonka simmer ring to fit the larger Trangia burner.
You're carrying 30 pounds in a day pack? And I catch heat because my 3 day get-home-bag is down to 34 pounds. I love the day pack and get-home-bag videos. Lots of ideas to pick up. Nice video!
Trangia only made a small amount of the burners, most were made by Svea. I had a set back in 2000 but found them heavy and slow to cook with compared to a real Trangia. I bought a job lot back then and pretty much gave them away but wish I'd kept a few of the Stainless Steel sets.....people are paying silly money for them.
Hello. I bought a striking stick and with a magnesium block from a shop nearby..the block was not magnesium it was aluminium i took. It back . Magnify glass is useful on sunny days yup
