Tbf Scottish independance is on hold for now since the Scottish National Party has declined heavily. Majority of Scots are voting Labour now which means they'll have a gov they actually want, after Labour wins the general election on July 4th. Also Labour will probably shift towards a softer brexit and they might grant Scotland more self-governing rights, both of which will dampen the calls for independance
I didn't know Somalia and Turkiye were so close. Honestly, I don't know much about modern Somalia as a state at all. Thank you for educating me just a bit and keeping me up to date with some of these global affairs. God be with you out there, everybody. ✝️ :)
Not going to happen. Un is too soft, likes the good life. A weak man. Xi is much the same. Neither of these two countries will make any move more significant than threats under their current leadership. Putin....is different. A man with purpose. Willing to give it all up "for the cause".
This video had a good thesis of “from a foreign policy perspective, Biden and Trump are more alike than they care to admit.” And as a U.S. American i can offer that yes they really do reflect more of our divergent domestic attitudes than foreign strategic interests. Trump has empowered and emboldened domestic political actors that have dismantled women’s rights, stagnated the civil government, enriched ruling class elites, and emboldened white supremacist and other hateful actors with violent rhetoric. He lost 2020 because people did not like how divisive he is, and also because he really downplayed the real harm from COVID when it started. I have a lot of problems with Biden but the domestic infrastructure investments were bold, our labor rights have been allowed to flourish, and he has allowed us to enjoy a temporary reduction in the nastiness. But yeah the rest of the world is fucked no matter what I guess.
And do not fucking @ me here. I am NOT thrilled about senile Biden. Both parties need to get rid of old men that our grandparents recognize on the TV. This cannot continue. But I don’t want to see Trump deploy the cruelty politics on us. Won’t have it.
Yea - its simply poor policies and poor governance. A house of cards which are falling apart now. See, had France actually considered Africa a partner, these countries could have given Macron and the French elites the power status they so crave but instead they are being kicked out of all these countries. What is frustrating is these countries not seeing that the global south does not look up to them or want them to lead anymore and with it, we see the collapse of the modern democracies.
The u.k.is no longer the power it is today .the u.k.has donethat whichno other could, destroyed its own future , without the common trade market, the uk will have a thriving home market for its goods ,but expansion of its industrial and intellectual , product, will be constricted for the only markets for these arescattered across the globe or already,,closed by trade dealss the u.k. is not party to. There is one other problem ,and its a doozyy ,the u k. Cannot satisfy its own food . ....,,market ,and without a strong andgrowing economy, food inflation will enter acurve and eventually a steep curve,, will the uk break apwrt into its constituent parts, i think. yes for the strains of localism, and regionalism will become too late and then, there will be no more u.k. but england and wales. ,scotland and northern irelandcould try for an independent entity ,but i dont know how it would work.. in time two generationsan english government might be able to do a reasonable tradedeal and put off the terrible 8prospect of civil upheaval, caused by somr regions thinking , to london governments enngland only matters around the home counties,, SUPPORT UKRAINE FREE AND AT PEACE..
Good report except for saying Russia without Reason annexed the peninsula, what about the fact that most people living in Crimea are Russia or are related by marriage to a Russian citizen, what about the fact that Russian navy bace is located in Crimea including the nuclear submarines? Should Russia leave everything behind after being stationed there for almost 300 years? And as you can now see Ukraine never intended to use water as a bargaining chip because as we now know the minsk accord was just a ploy to waist time so that Ukraine built up it's fores to regain the lost territorys , it ended up as Russia said it was intentional way to punish there own people for going against the will of Kiev. Nothing more. It's interesting to watch this years later knowing now what we know and see how the negative was so pro Ukraine as if people were afraid to speak the truth.
It is true Trump is allied with Putin and that is not a secret. Trump has made it clear what he plans to do and that is not good. If you the USA is dumb enough to vote for him again very dark days will be yours in more ways than one. Be forewarned.
dave chapelles black bush skit had it right. "sanction me with your army. oh wait, you dont have an army! guess you better shut the fuck up! shut. the. fuck. UP. go sell some medicine bitches"

i like listening to your fascinating conspiracy theories but you're not usually entirely correct, you sound biased and one sided " but props to you, you wouldn't get this much audience if you weren't biased, i understand."
In Neil Howe's Fourth Turning, during the crisis phase, institutions that were founded during the high phase no longer work perfectly, and as a result, they are torn down to make room for new replacements that work better.
