मेडिटेशन की कोशिशकरते जब साँस खींचते हैं तो बॉडी में थोड़ी हरकत होती है और अगर खींच कर ना ली जाए तो ध्यान कहाँ लगाये क्योंकिपता ही नहीं चलता कि आ जा रही है ,बिना हिले बैठने की अवस्था में पद्मासन में भी शरीर थोड़ा आगे झुक जाता है उसे सीधा करने में ,साथ ही सांस के साथ पेट ऊपर नीचे होता है वो भी अस्थिर ही होता है हाथ जुड़े हुये थोड़ा काँपते हैं कुछ वक़्त के बाद? इसका अगर नुक़सान है तो समाधान बतायें ( मन कातिकना तो अभी दूर की बात है)
