உங்கள் வீடியோக்கள் மிகவும் பயன் உள்ளதாக இருக்கிறது. எனக்கு tenis elbow problem உள்ளது. அதனால் கைகளுக்கு கடுமையான exercise செய்ய முடியாது. கைகளின் மேற்பகுதி பின் பகுதிகளை குறைக்க exercise சொல்லி கொடுக்கவும்.
