அண்ணா என் வயது 30 திருமணம் ஆகி 6 வருடம் ஆகியுள்ளது இரண்டு குழந்தைகள் பையனுக்கு 6 வயது பொண்ணுக்கு4 வயது திருமணத்திர்க்கு முன் 15 வருசமா 47 கி. எடை இருந்தேன் கராத்தே பயிற்சி பெற்றவர் சமையல் கலை படித்துள்ளேன் வேளைக்கு சசெண்ரேன் அப்போது வேளை அதிகமாக இருக்கும். இப்போது வேலைஅதிகம் இல்லை விட்டில்தன் உல்லென் 73.5 கி. எடை உல்ளேன் அப்போது உடல் பயிர்கள் செய்வதில் ஆர்வம் காட்டுவேன் சுருசுருப்பாக இருப்பேன் இப்போது முடியவில்லை ஏன் என்றால் திருமணத்திற்கு ஒரு ஆண்டு முன்பு தண்ணீர் குட்டையை தாண்டுட முயற்சித்த பொது குதித்தேன் அப்போது வலது கால் முட்டியில் முறுக்கு உடைவதுபொல் சத்தம் கேட்டது மருத்துவர் ஒன்றும் இல்லை என்று சில மாத்திரைகள் தயலம் பொன்று குடுத்தார் தடவினேன் அப்போது சரியானது சிலநாட்கள் கலித்து பஸ்சுக்காக ஓடும்பொது தடுமாறி கீழே விழுந்தேன் அப்போதும் வலது கால் முட்டிவிலகுவதுப்பொல் அதெ சத்தம் இன்று வரை உள்ளது ஓட முடியாது வேகமாக நடக்கும்பொது தடுமாறி விழுந்துடுவேண் வேகமாக நடந்தாலொ உடல் பயிர்கள் செய்வதிலொ கால்கள் இரண்டும் நடுங்கும் அதிலும் வழது கால் அதிகமாக நடுங்கும் அப்போது உணவு கட்டுப்பாடு உண்டு இப்போது இல்லை. இப்படியே நீடித்தால் 100 தொட்டுடுவெண். இதுப்பொன்ரு உடல் பயிர்கள் இனி மேல் செய்கிறேன். நீங்கள் சில ஆலோசனை குடுக்கமுடியும்மா அண்ணா.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Spot reduction is impossible....It is waste of time... To reduce the arm fat.You should reduce your body fat percentage...

I followed this exercise for 21 days. Initially I had more pain after that it was ok. Before my arm size was 14 inch. Now it is 13.5. Only 0.5 inch reduced.. Is this normal?. I want to reduce more .. Please let me know any other workouts for reduction.
