@@lalithanaveen8809 I am doing good, even I had a big tummy ma, I did dieting and exercising nothing worked a friend pointed that I may have DR and asked me to check for that.. I checked and had 4 finger dilation then worked on closing the gap,surprisingly my Tummy really came into a better shape, that's y wanted to help other people, so made this video ☺️
