Hi all,
The video you all asked for is here, its 9 minutes abs workout that comprises of basic ab workouts like bicycles, twists, plank etc, remember no ab exercise will reduce belly fat, for reducing belly fat you need to be in calorie deficit and reduce overall fat, more info can be seen in • வயிற்றிலிருக்கும் கொழு...
Make sure you do the exercises three days a week, so that your ab muscles will strengthen.

Beginners can do it once dear, slowly increase to 2-3 sets, you don't need more than that

Hi dear instead of flat walking on the treadmill put 7 percent incline and walk for few days that burns more calories than flat walking
