@@zinclite255 its known as intermittent fasting .. basically its 16 hours fasting and the rest 8 hours is the time for eating . Time can be adjusted accordingly . But you shouldn't eat anything late night .And I avoided sugar, carbohydrate rich food etc.Itd difficult to explain everything in a comment . Lots of video's are available in youtube.Watch those to know much more
