As a hairstylist, many things can cause hair loss, for example, medications, thyroid issues, anesthesia, hormones, high protein diets, stress, using rubber bands, and many other things. I've seen positive hair growth results from clients using either biotin, keratin, or collagen. Make sure whatever product you use is made in the US.
I have been on Mounjaro since September, 2023. I have always had very thick curly hair. Mounjaro has definitely caused me hair loss! I’m talking huge clumps of hair. But I have also lost 75 pounds. I am taking collagen, keratin and biotin supplements. I will definitely increase my protein intake. I am so happy I found your channel!

I have protein shake mix that has collagen and I use unflavored collagen in my coffee. Been doing that for 2 years. Hopefully it helps prevent the dreaded hair loss. I'm in my 7th week of Mounjaro. Thanks for sharing all of the info that you share.
It didn’t take 3 months for my hair loss to show up. A lot of the things that you talked about I struggle with especially first few days after shot. I’m trying to do better. Protein is hardest thing to get any in for me.
Me too. It started within a few days of my 1st shot! I only did 3 shots because the hair loss was terrifying. I’ve stopped now but the hair loss hasn’t stopped. Once it’s triggered, it keeps shedding.
