Anime Number 39 is 100% stopping 9/11. He can easily negate the attacks of two of the planes with Moon Barrier. He can also easily stop any of the planes from hitting by staying in def position since none of the planes can destroy him or deal damage because none of them are Number monsters. Since no damage was dealt and the planes were not destroyed nor did they lose atk, no one was killed in the event and everyone was saved. I also really like the idea of Hope stopping the planes with his bare hands like he's Superman. It is 100% something Yuma would tell him to do in this situation.

The bigggest worry is the 911 plane deciding to detach a card to use its XYZ ability which will result summoning Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens. Unless you can be prepared to deal with the tokens or be able to negate the activation of detaching XYZ material you might not be safe.

Blue-Eyes: Kaiba is an asshole capitalist, so the Blue-Eyes is definitely on the US's side. ALL of the planes are getting destroyed. Towers and Pentagon are safe. Also, Jet Dragon can be summoned if you destroy the first plane, then its other effect can bounce the 2nd one, but ONLY if you have a BEWD on field or in the GY. All the planes are getting Thanos snapped by the 100K ATK. Though, if you had, say, Swords of Revealing Light up, you prevent Numerounia from battling, triggering the Duel Win effect. Obelisk: Cheat it out somehow, Tribute 2 monsters, destroy all the planes. Slifer: Depends on the ATK values. If the planes are 4K, Slifer cuts the damage in half. 3K and its reduced by 2/3rds. 2000 or less and the planes get destroyed. Ideally they're like 2100 so the damage reduction is severe. Ra: Don't give it ATK and pay your Life to pop the planes. If you somehow get Immortal Phoenix, you can make the plane deaths painless by just sending them to the GY instead. OR, Tribute 3 of the planes to drop Sphere Mode. People are still gonna die no matter what, but the Towers are safe. Odd-Eyes Pendulum: Using the Pendulum effect, assuming the planes are Pendulum Monsters, 1 of them deals no battle damage. Power Tool: Destruction Protection for itself via sending Equip Spells isn't helping. Rainbow Dragon: Unfortunately, that mass bounce effect hits all CARDS. So it's unbuilding EVERYTHING, Towers and Pentagon included. Mission Failed Successfully????? Red Dragon Archfiend: Only destroys stuff that didn't attack at the end of the turn. It actively makes the situation worse. Red-Eyes: Jet fuel can't melt steel beams, but REs can burn them. Stardust Dragon: Doesn't negate attacks at base level. Starving Venom Fusion: Again, only destroys stuff. Z-ARC: Summon this and destroy all cards the opponent controls.

i honestly see where you get with slifer but also the blimp was filled with air that he couldve cut with the spine things on his body but he didnt so he wouldve used his long body to wrap around one and place it on the ground and the second one he could catch with his tail and then set that down to the ground and make sure that everyone was safe cause if you remember when he was first shown wrapping around pegasus’ tower he went around almost the entire building dealing no damage to the building so he could have wrapped around both with ease and not deal any damage to the plane.
