Thank you for the recipe, and the demo. Extremely well done! I followed the recipe and have cooked 5 ducks lately. One time, I cooked 2 ducks, one after the other after adding small amount of additional ingredients for the second duck. And I used the remaining sauce to cook noodles, etc. Oh, so delicious!!! .... from Toronto.

Daging itek atau pun se ekur Itek, pasti marinate dengan Tepong ubi kayu 5.sudu ,garam 3.sudu ,dalam masa 20 minutes, cucu 3.kali bagi bersih dalam air pancur, baru mula memasak, sama juga dengan daging lembu atau pun daging kambing ( jika daging lembu atau pun daging kambing marinate campur tepong ubi kayu, garam, lengkuss 5.keping dan ginger 5 keping, mada 30 minutes, baru mula memasak, pasti cuci bersih 3.kali dan rebus dalam air panas melidih 30.minutes ) ok.
