I've made all those mistakes to be honest! Thanks for reminding me again! I will need to reduce my training intensity and see if my energy level would be better through out the day as I find myself always tired not to mention about back pain. Well done with the video! xx
actually , at 4;56, you are showing equipment Pilates.....why not mention it? Also, Pilates is not only for rehab, it's a very good low impact exercise for spine health and joint mobility. I've already watched many of your clips and feel that your messages have a strong principle on balance. Like them very much! I teach Pilates and hope to help others to improve and maintain their spine & overall health too.
