I don't know if this eldritch horror this like regular sci fi horror, since it's a alien species that was tortured and experimented by humans and wants revenge.
Moriarty says that the Subject E crashed on Earth 100 years ago... But in LB1 prologue we were told that it crashed on 2016... Which also should be impossible, because 2016 was the year Incinerated by Goetia. So how all of that is possible without being contradictory? Well, if you read Bluebook's story carefully, you will notice that he never mentions the year, his description of the invasion is completely different than what Ophelia managed to learn at Kirsch's behest (i.e. the bleaching happened after Humanity was manually killed by the Trees in Bluebook's version vs the Bleaching happening before the descend of the Trees in our version). Plus, whenever he mentions the technology, it's really weird. Think about it - he reached Nevada from Canada on a motorcycle powered by solar panels... In TWO DAYS. Such technology doesn't exist. And his notebook we found before LB2? It wasn't written, the letters were burned there by some kind of laser. And when Bluebook enters the operation room in Area 51? He talks about the technology being super old, unbecoming of such place, despite that what we both back then, in Atlantis prologue, and right now, is really cutting egde by today's standards. So what does that mean? Remember the original purpose of Chaldeas - predicting the state of Humanity in 100 years in the future. Chaldea had no means to observe it close, so they only looked whether the lights in cities are there, which would mean that civilization exist. But that's it, they could never hope to see what was really inside - an actual future world which is most likely the place from which Bluebook comes and where the alien crashed. And remember who fell into Chaldeas in 2017...
I don't mind. But I hope it ends up in a postive note contrary to most of Lovecraftnian tales in wich protagonist either find themselves descending to madness upon realizing the magnitude of the eldrich horror they just discovered which proved to them how meaningless humans are, or just die a horrible death and sometimes manage to scape

The alien in Fate is usually not like Alien God though. So, judging by how the chapter end (those latin quotes, which indicating that our initial assumption about the whole Lostbelt saga is wrong), most likely "Alien God" isn't a real Alien. Almost everything strong in Fate/Nasuverse is alien, and none of them is afraid about people discovering their real identity, unlike "Alien God". Sefar, Lovecraftian entity, Quetzacoatl, Greek gods, ORT, Types, etc. In Fate, hiding the real identity means only one thing, it means that the identity is a weakness. And if knowing its identity is a weakness, then it is something that we (human) already know.

Edited : Q.E.D. is also a keyword that dictate what came up after it is the show a proof of whatever math you are doing is correct. Ex Falso Quodlibet (From a false proposition, anything follows) = once a contradiction has been asserted, any proposition (including their negations) can be inferred from it; this is known as deductive explosion. Consider what happen, this show us that instead of solving everything.... We found a contradiction. Sometime that cause our assumption(s) to be wrong.

It refer to what happen when you choose you believe 2 contradiction statement to be true at the same time, which would could create a weird logical result of anything can be correct. For example: 1. Assume "All lancer are unlucky" is true. (X = true) 2. Assume "NOT all lancer are unlucky" also true. (!X = true) This would mean a statement like "All lancer are unlucky OR Passionlip is flat" (X||Y == true) is TRUE because the word OR just need one of the linking statement to be TRUE and we assume "All lancer are unlucky" is true. But since "NOT all lancer are unlucky" (!X = true) are also true as well in our assumption. That mean the first part of "All lancer are unlucky OR Passionlip is flat" is false! Logically, if our X||Y would still be true which it does in our assumption, the second part which is "Passionlip is flat" must be true.... Oh crap, Time Travel Bullshit: The world was bleach in 2018. The singularity is 2017. This is 2022. Why do I have a feeling that all this time, we’re living in a giant singularity?
Accordingly the year this Singularity takes place in is XX17 and is 100 years after Subject E crashlanded in 2016(Ignoring Sion stating this takes place Subject E arrives and is tortured, thus sends distress signals. 2016 >Alien God arrives and wipes humanity before bleaching the world. 2017 >Goetia notices the missing future and thus uses only 2016 and before as fuel. 2016 >Future gets bleached as past got bleached, then the Trees started murking everyone. 2017++ >Bluebook travels to Area 51 and gets murked by a mysterious figure. Around 2116/2117 >S(E) uses Bluebooks body for magical energy, creating a singularity. 2117 I assume this is what went wrong with the Rayshift and why the Human Foundational Value is ERROR, Seeing as Da Vinci starts talking about E- microsingularities when trying to figure out why the Value is ERROR we can assume the effect on Present Pan-human history is extremely negligible which makes sense as it doesn’t alter the past in the slightest. The Rayshift burning is because Chaldea rayshifted into the future instead of the past like Sion thought.

@@novelnouvel What if we look at this from a different perspective as the Latin states that everything we know is wrong. The Alien God didn’t descend from our timeline but CHALDEAS’s timeline. In the first place, PHH Marie’s body got blown to pieces and her soul particles got tossed in an incinerator so Beast VII shouldn’t have access to her. Actually, why did she even need a vessel if she just came from space? Why is she even a Beast of *Humanity* if she’s an Alien that should be completely unrelated to humanity? Not only that but S(E) went through a hundred years of torture before the Alien God arrived, hence the Alien God should have arrived in 2117 not in the current time of Pan-human History. So what if she *did* actually arrive in 2117 in CHALDEAS and did her thing before exiting to do her thing to PHH. This would explain why the same extinction events occured differently, why she knew about Chaldea and did some things in different Singularites before going to PHH Earth and why she’s a Beast of Humanity who have two traits 1. Represent some Sin of Humanity born of our sentience 2. Have some sort of warped affection towards humanity. @@actuallyreallybored3552 Just to add to the points. Remember that someone came to Marisbury's office and demanded to shut down and destroy the CHALDEAS and then he was killed or he commited suicide? I feel it makes sense because if he didn't die, he would still be the director of Chaldea and he would have been thrown into the CHADLEAS instead of Olga. And the Beast VII would have used his body or anyone else. Idk but that sounds as if it would be a first planetary class Beast instead of third. Considering that Goetia proceeded with the Incineration of Humanity because he knew about Beast VII too, I think that's the very reason why Flauros threw Olga into the CHADLEAS so that BEAST VII wouldn't be able to find a better body to go into(except that there were all the Chaldea staff and they could have found a better sacrifice which is a contradiction). Except that doesn't explain why the trees are so powerful, each surpassing Goetia's bands of light. So here's my theory: Bluebook stated that the trees descended to his world 12 hours after the blackout(no observable cosmic rays etc.) and then proceeded to kill everyone *not instantly, but one by one stab in the heart.* That doesn't make sense because the trees are powerful enough to pull off a mass-destruction attempt in 2117 EXCEPT if that was meant to use everyone in 2117 as sources of magical power to establish the lostbelts, no less. And before I forget, you said that rayshifting into the future isn't possible. However, that contradicts the Alien God attacking Chaldea because they can rayshift in the first place. There is no need for the Alien God to perceive Chaldea as a threat if they can't rayshift 100 years into the future anyways, but Alien God still did. Remember that rayshifting was possible into the past because the past is already there, with many traces in existence and is also observable by SHEBA, while the future isn't fixed and there are many possible futures the world can go into as it did not hapen yet so it is ultimately unknown. I think that's how rayshifting works anyways. It is difficult to rayshift into the future because the future cannot be observed and be proven-but waaaiit a minute. The future can be observed in the first place because of CHALDEAS. If the future can be observed with it, then rayshifting must be possible. And the Alien God would indeed see them as a threat. That's also logical as to why Father Kotomine indeed put priority into shutting down or destroying the CHALDEAS(except Kirschtaria saved us by deciding to freeze it instead.)
Now the only thing that is left would be the identity of the Alien God. Who is she really though? And also who would be Specimen E who is also against the Alien God? Who is the Alien Priestess too? Due to the Ex Falso Quodlibet, they could be anything really. :( not to mention they came from the future.

Fair reminder that Beast VII treated the reality-rewriting Sirius Light as a little more than a pebble. A self-levitating and hostile pebble which TBH would scare me too but still a pebble. Considering that the aliens seem to be based off of trees and people are trying to connect it to eldricht horror, I think it would be prudent to instead point you all to the story, "When the Flame Flowers Blossomed", by Leslie F. Stone. A story where humans visit a planet inhabited by aggressive sentient trees that feed on blood. She was a writer during the same time of Lovecraft.

And in the prologue to part 2 it was said that specimen E was found relatively recently, within the last few years, but Moriarty says mankind tortured Specimen E for 100 years Talk about a cryptic cliffhanger.

Subject E isn't on the table. It's not easy to see, but there's a much bigger "plant" attached to the corpse's spinal cord, which seems to have grown through the body and up into its brain. That plant is almost certainly Subject E.
Look at the date at the very end, though, right before the Quod est. "XX17" If something accelerated time locally... it may have been there 100 years from its discovery in 2017.

From what I can understand of things, it is just like Goetia's AAS. A hint of Fifth Magic which is Consumption of Civilization/Entropy. An acceleration of TIME and LIFESPAN. 1year = 100 years. To put it simply, everything happened in 100 years just happened in 1 year.
Take note that the things with Bluebook is probably happened 100 years into the future. CHALDEAS purpose is to observe the Light of Humanity from 100 years in the future. This Bluebook incident might be a simulation reality of 100 years from 2017AD - 2117AD being the point origin is 2017 being the "anchor" of this Lostbelt Singularity in similar fashion as Tree of Emptiness was none other than the Master, Subject E. This is also probably the same function of the Trees of Emptiness, simulating realities/hypothetical scenarios from their point of origin that would lead up to present day 2017.
Remember the Celestial Body Simulator System Animusphere Planetarium? If you use it in metaphorically speaking, it means that it is a system to use the human body to recreate the "microcosm of universe." That is, to turn the human body into that of a celestial body to be precise. The process was to create a copies of celestial body in similar fashion as creating True Ancestors artificially, containing their own original cause(Root). That way, Animusphere can truly reached the Root itself and the ending result would still be turning a human being into a 4D being(Third Magic), much like how Goetia and Kirschtaria's final goal.

It means a contradiction to a claim has been put forth, and thus anything can be inferred. In other words, the inverse of us "proving" the lostbelts to be false. We somehow failed, and now anything goes.

I've never played F/GO, only read the story, but... Ophelia said within the Fantasy Trees history is simulated before being projected unto reality. The Trees simulate an history = the past. CHALDEAS also simulate history, both past and future if I understood correctly, and this simulation is then observed in order to deduce the state of humanity in a given era. CHALDEAS is compared to a black hole (I base myself from the wiki for this) while creating pseudo-black holes is a power of the ""Alien"" God. ... I'm a bit curious with this cliffhanger. ... I've just piled up coincidences but it feels the whole Lostbelt Arc is us being in a pruned timeline with someone (most likely Marisbury) using the Lostbelt technology to try to prolong Pan-Human History but having to deal with the consequences of his actions. Also, Sherlock before dying thought "Our world is already hollow, empty, and void. And yet--" as if he knew we were in a pruned timeline... Maybe he was investigating the cause of THAT mystery. Moriarty is opposed to the Alien God. Subject E is the alien entity that landed on Earth in 2016, and was experimented on at Area 51, which is speculated to be what caused the Alien God to attack Earth.
This is from the chapters between Holmes' fall and this (haven't uploaded it yet), but essentially by "killing" Holmes, Moriarty sealed his own demise, as his fate was to be Holmes' rival. Before he disappears, he joins us temporarily and takes us to Area 51.

@@horaciohernandez2850 From the spoilers I've read it is something like this: The world the Alien God is from is opposed to it for some reason. The Alien God summoned Holmes as their first Servant so the Alien World summoned Moriarty Lily to counter him. The Alien World wanted Moriarty Lily to become the head of Chaldea to lead the battle against the Alien God and Moriarty Lily wanted to contract with Kadoc because he didn't like the Protagonist because of their good character. Kadoc refused because he didn't want to be a traitor again though. (I don't know if this takes place before or after he fights Holmes) Since he was summoned to oppose the Alien God I suppose he is doing what he can in the short time he has left after fighting us to aid us.

I dont really get about Zhang Jao. So he got summoned as a corpse? But he project himself as an alter ego and erase his memory as alter ego at the same time to be alive outside? But if his real form remains a corpse, his master wont supply him of energy? But if he has no magical energy, then how is the corpse exist and even have the power to project himself out and “nurture” singularity? And why would he still want to do his master bidding against humanity when he himself is human?
If I'm understanding it right: Zhang wasn't summoned as a corpse, but the method of creating and empowering an alter ego to the extent that he did, as well as continuing to help sustain the singularity drained him to near nothing. His form still existed though, as did his contract with subject E, who could yet provide enough magical energy to prevent Zhang Jao from dissipating. And he acted against human history for much the same reason as the other servants in Traum: An instinct to rebel against Proper History was embedded in every servant brought into Traum. One of very few servants to properly recognise this was Pope Joan, who not being a warrior in life was able to slow down and recognise that this near instinctual desire to rebel against Proper History wasn't her own.

We have no idea who he is and why he's important now but we discover that everything BUT area 51 was bleched. There he finds an alien Specimen E and gest killed persumed by an Apsotle or ally of the alien god. Each lost belt we get a few flashbacks? Visions? We don't know when he finds out all about this all we know is that he's just a person like us trying to find the truth of this ultimately dying before he can find it

Bluebook is the guy who we sometimes read about at the start of Lostbelts who is writing in his journal as he rides his motorcycle around the empty Earth. At the start of Atlantis he went inside Area 51 and found an alien on the table, then someone shot him.
Or David Bluebook, or the one who shot him. We know of three people who were in that room, and two things remain, though neither seems to be alive. But, yes, Moriarty is calling it Specimen E.
I being thinking that following the Ex Falso Quolibet this Singularity is A.D. 2017 and A.D. 2117 that is a contradiction hell you can say so far so far that Lostbelt were their Starting point and present point even to be existing and not existing. All contradictions that anything was coming from.
Basically lb 6.5 is a singularity cause by either blue book body or the alien that crash there. When the words changed it means that a statement has been proven wrong by a contradiction

We arrive at the room as Moriarty gets desummon for failing his mission to stop the alien god's plan he tells us that what we are seeing is Specimen E after 100 years of torture. It looks human but when we look closer there are roots from his spinal cord up to his brain fussed together. This contradicts Davidblue's book being from our 2016 timeline theory meaning Qued Ed demonstrate gets replaced with the statement you see after. Whatever our theory or beliefs we Chaldeans had up to this point shattered. David came from a different timeline where technology has to evolve which makes no sense as history from 2016 has been bleached. We are in deep trouble as this means that what we know from Lostbelts and Singularity is false We have to go back and ask ourselves. Who is to say that chopping down a tree put us not in japrody?

The name of the Lostbelt is "Nahui Mictlan: Golden Sea of Trees Travelogue". Mictlan is the Underworld in Aztec mythology, and Nahui means "four", so the name translates to "Fourth Underworld". The hopium for Tezcatlipoca or even Mictlantecuhtli as a Servant is very high.

moriarity is summoned by alien world from which alien god is originated. alien world opposes alien god. since moriarity is meant to be rival of sherlock and his death seals his fate. that's why he need someone to be his master. he is tasked to take over chaldea and fight against alien god. so he proposes a offer to kadoc to become his master but he refuses because he don't want to betray us again. that's why moriarity started to disappear. so he decided to help us in his final moment and show this place.

@@hakushoku0129 don't forget? alien god is going to use tree of emptiness as it's body. but because of morgan's intervention of tree of emptiness forces alien god to take olga marie's body. similarly this alien is described as looking like a tree root (before probably fusing with david's body or probably before becoming a twig like). so i think it could explain the relation between them.
