Just did this one earlier this morning and absolutely LOVED it!!! ANOTHER winner, Michelle!!! You are my fitness JACKPOT, girl!! What I love so much about your workouts is the functional training you do AND you include cardio and toning in so many of your routines. I do not always have the time to fit in separate sessions so having workouts like these are literal lifesavers for me. Your cuing is spot on perfect, always! I have been doing in home workouts since my Jane Fonda days (yep, a LONG time😉) so I have used MANY different instructors and you are one of the very best. You explain the moves and also explain WHAT we are hitting in the muscles. I have learned so much from you already!!! Please NEVER stop making these incredible workouts!!! You are a true GEM!❤

Still a FAVE!! Just completed this one again and every time I do it, I love it even more!!! This workout just makes me so happy!! Sweaty and HAPPY!! And,oops, just found out I forgot to update my new bankcard for renewal, seen I did not have member content😮 cannot have that!!! Gotta go update that!!! I loved all the visualization talk throughout the workout. I started my morning with the mental rehearsal you shared with me in our private coaching session and this workout tied it all in perfectly! Michelle, what a great workout it was, loved it!!! Yes low impact but high intensity especially the floor work… phew!! I felt tired when I started this workout then halfway through it I felt great. Your energy is contagious. My ankle weights are somewhere in the house, I’ll find them and do this workout with them again tomorrow. I use a training shoe. It's flatter and I feel it's best for me doing any lateral movement. I use the same shoe on the trampoline. Can do barefoot.
