🗓️ DATE: 6/10/2024
🔥 WEEKS IN: 9
⏳ WEEKS REMAINING: VARIABLE
🔥 WEIGHT: I woke up this morning at 194
⚖️ MACROS: Will be consuming between 3,000-4,000 calories this week. I may allow myself a higher day as a refeed based upon hunger levels.
💪 BODYFAT PERCENTAGE: My personal InBody is showing 16.8%.
🏋️‍♂️ STRENGTH MARKERS: Just hit a barbell bench PR this morning so that is always a good sign! I’m also changing my training time slightly and working out a bit later in the morning so I’m curious to see what that does for my training intensity.
💦 CARDIO: I am staying at level 15 on the stairmaster for 25 minutes once a week. I may increase the frequency of my trail runs simply because I love them!
🚽 GI IMPLICATIONS: No issues.
🧂SODIUM: Around 8,000 mg/day. Potassium has been around half that intake.
🍽️ THIS WEEK’S STAPLE FOODS: Pretty similar to last week on this one. I’m trying to get through all the primal cuts in the freezer. I did cook a ton of BBQ pulled pork this week so I’ll be chipping away at that as well. Of course, still sticking with my whole Keto Brick and quite a few eggs each day as well.
🧠 MINDSET TOWARDS IT ALL: I’ve been hyper focused on all the business workings these past few weeks which means my training hasn’t been top of mind. However, I’m glad to have been able to continue training hard and heavy and keep that momentum moving forward.
📖 OTHER THOUGHTS: I’ve totally embraced the extra bodyfat I’m carrying now and I’m completely at peace with it. I am excited to lean out a bit next month in preparation for hunting season though!Robert's Website: ketosavage.com/

Question So 3000 cals is =1 lb fat. My tdee is 2000 and I am eating 2500 cals. I drink 4 l water and take my electrolytes. I eat carnivore but over last 2 weeks ive gained 4 lb.. I lift four times a week and do light walking three times a week... I can't have gained 4 lb of muscle in two weeks.... How can i gain when not eating 3000 cals..
