My own experience = NO sugar what so ever, NO weat, NO milk, NO margarine's, NO grains, NO flour. I ame 62 and diagnosed with Osteoarthritis, had a total hip replacement. I was inflamed and went over to 100% Keto. I ame using NO painkillers, NO medication for any diseases and are healthy and happy, thanks to the Mercy of our Lord Jesus.
@@victoriahagopian1741 ALL CARBOHYDRATES, whether sugar or starch, are turned into glucose in the body. Too much sugar causes inflammation. There are so many "hidden" sugars in food of which people are unaware. Grains are one of the highest carbohydrate foods. Studies have found that amylase trypsin inhibitors (ATI), proteins found in wheat, can also cause inflammation. Also, there are many people who are gluten sensitive, even if they haven't got celiac disease, so avoiding any grains containing gluten is probably good for most people. By the way, I take it you mean you have osteoarthritis?
The truth is ," listen to your body" if you're having stomach pain, diarrhea, heartburn, indigestion when you eat certain food, it's time to give it up. Pay attention ❤️ yourself
But it isn’t as bad as it sounds. I quit eating all processed flours, and all sweets 5 years ago. I was a total sugar addict. After stopping I lost all cravings for such things. Actually the easiest diet change I ever made. In stead it freed me.
I think this video would have been less depressing if they had showed appetizing plates of good vegetables, meats, and grains. There's lots of tasty food that is healthy.
13. Corn GMO 12. Common cooking oils 11. Sugar 10. Artificial sweeteners 9. Trans fats 8. Dairy products 7. Non organic meats 6. Processed meat 5. Alcohol 4. Refined grains 3. MSG 2. Refined salt 1. "Fill in the blank" with food you react to
#1 sugar, fructose (fruits) , high carbs diet, after i removed them in my diet, my painful ankolysing spondylitis which my doctor says irreversible and part of my aging, now can hardly notice them. 3 years pain free already! 🙏
Basically it's everything that we eat and buy . I think all food can be made healthy but it's cost more money and company's aren't going to do that because cut into their profits.
Snacking also causes inflammation since it raises insulin levels, and high insulin cause inflammation. I had to learn to eat my calories at 3 meals only. It really helped.
This is true. You could follow every single piece of advice on here and still be unhealthy. The air we breathe, chemtrails, toxins in the water supply when showering and washing our clothes, exposure to various forms of radiation, etc. There's so much to be concerned with.
Thank you for this video. I'm 54 and feel like I'm on my last legs, but after watching it I feel that if I change certain things in my diet I can reset myself ✌🏻🇬🇧
Yes you can…I will be 80 in January….my blood test this week was “perfect”, Low carb eating and avoiding ALL of the items in this video 5 years now. No more diabetes. Do you want to live a good life,do this and learn all about health or just sit and eat chips and drink sodas and watch tv…your health choice…good luck with whatever you choose to do
I feel the same way at 53. I'm hoping that removing sugar and gluten will improve things. I beat cancer, but the effects of chemo have broken my body down in a major way-
EXCELLENT! note: In the opening picture of groups of inflammatory foods there is a red pepper which is a nightsade, contradictory to the "healthy foods"
Going to the grocery store it takes me longer because I have to read the labels, I’m allergic to 13 + so much chemicals In the food’s we eat. I cook every day to avoid as much as possible, I hear more of stomach cancer in younger People, the old days of eating in restaurants, Are Over for me. Thank you for video.
There aren’t any ingredient labels in the produce aisle (unless there is a refrigerated section). And minimal listing in canned beans/legumes (and taste better if you cook them from dry). The less processed they are the better. I’m finding the elimination of processed foods the hardest personally. Trying to eliminate as much added salt, oil and sugar as possible is helping me fight inflammation.
I have stopped buying jars, bottles, tins and packets almost altogether - just know that the label is going to tell a toxic story, so just avoid processed foods. We buy fresh and cook from scratch every time with pure olive oil and plenty of garlic, tomato and onions, parsley and fresh herbs picked up on our dog walks. Feeling good!!
@@Faristol7 good choice Garlic tomatoes onions & herbs, My favorite olive oil is California Olive Ranch ( Extra Virgin olive oil ) Cold pressed , I take a shot in the morning and then at night , good for the brain and your Heart,
I have to read the labels too every time I shop. I found out that I cannot tolerate wheat , yeast ,beef.eggs, shell fish pork and soy foods and milk I was raised on as a kid and rediscovered in my middle 20's attacked my thyroid , a benign lump on my thyroid, that disappeared after I quit all soy. A sister -in'-law wound up with thyroid cancer after switching to say milk, as happened to many people written about in the book, The Whole Soy Story
Well, thanks for providing us with this list of inflammatory foods but thanks mostly for providing the substitutes to these foods. Many videos I have watched mention the list of foods and all the problems with them, and the solution is simply to stop eating them, but no mention of any substitutes. Your work put into this video is very much appreciated. 💛🧡💚💙💜
The WHO found processed meat to be a type 1 carcinogen. This video suggested substituting beef jerky for processed meat! Jerky is processed meat! "Processed meats are any meats that aren’t fresh. People typically think of processed meat as only referring to pork and beef, but this category can also include poultry (chicken, turkey, duck) and fish. A processed meat, according to the panel, has been modified from its natural state, either “through salting, curing, fermentation, smoking, or other processes to enhance flavour or improve preservation.” This includes sausages, hot dogs, corned beef, beef jerky, canned meat, meat sauces, lunch meats and bacon."-PBS Title-"FAQ: Exactly what processed meat should I avoid, and other questions Science Oct 26, 2015 9:47 PM EDT"
John, don't believe everything you hear. There's a new, greener trend in pesticides which do less harm to the environment. And even glyphosate has a neutralising period. Look, many crops are subject to fungal growths. You _don't_ want aflatoxin poisoning - it'll put you under a damn' sight faster than glyphosate! Oddly enough I was talking to a friend just this afternoon who is manager of the local foliate feed/pesticide/fungicide/fertiliser company - he was telling me about a new 'green' insecticide that has _cinnamon_ in it. (He says it smells like pancakes!😂)
Even though the background music is beautiful, it is very distracting in this video and unnecessary. This is a great video, please turn down or off the background music. Thank you.
@@marie-floreddy667 UNGRATEFUL??? I am in the movie business... This is someone (ME) that does this for a living... I was trying to HELP this video... IF I didn't like this video... I wouldn't have said anything at all... I want this video to been seen and enjoyed... YOU are just being RUDE & MEAN.
I just wrote this list up and tacked it onto my refridgerator. I will consult it everytime I open the refrig and when preparing my shopping list! I am 59 and recently my inflammation is out of control. I walk like an old lady and I am determined to do something about it! This is step 1 for me.
helpfull => helpful (only 1 L at the end) When a word ends in -ful, the 'full' drops an L This applies to resourceful, wonderful, successful, thoughtful, etc.
Oh.........thank you so much for sharing, I have inflammatory bowel movement diseases, and they were very important information. May God bless you dear.😇
About 4 decades ago my mom sent me to a nutritionist and was told I was allergic to wheat, dairy and a few other things I can't remember. I mean, this was 40+ years ago. I must have been one of countless others around the world who may never get to a nutritionist. If not for my particular mother, I wouldn't have. Take care everyone, stay safe and be well.✨🙌✨✌✨🙌✨
I think I was allergic to milk, white bread , processed meats, because I always got sick with a bad flu since I was a kid every 3 or 4 months so now as a adult I eat mostly fruits and vegetables and now I feel much better
I went went wrong be changing to things that were supposed to be good for me 20 years ago Most of them have now been debunked What guarantee do I have these won’t be the same Sugar bad - margarine bad - trans fat bad Butter good - red wine good in moderation and veggies good But don’t bring on mental illness by being scared otherwise enjoy life Everything in moderation but if you really like have a tiny bit more
Raisin bran, all fructose, sugars and salt. Will cheat sometimes but not on a schedule. I don't crave any foods just wasn't aware of those causing inflammation and my joint pain. Thank you for further educating today.
I have real issues with beans, they upset my stomach and make me feel ill , so I have to refuse them and people get offended about that. Everyone is different and has different foods they process well. My daughter can't do cow's milk but my mother who is 85 practically lives on it. Different genetics are at work.
LindaTullos; Beans have lectins. It’s something that plants do to prevent being eaten. Look it up. I think ya need to start with soaking dry beans. Possibly leaving them in water overnight. When you do that with seeds and nuts, they begin to sprout. That’s the best time to eat them bc they are growing and less defensive. It contains more digestive enzymes after soaking too. Good luck 👍
The medical industrial complex's failure to properly research and diagnose and treat diet and microbiome and sleep and vital nutritional deficiency issues (including those related to Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 and Magnesium deficiencies as well as iatrogenic prescription medication usage) is a major reason why psychiatric iatrogenesis is a primary contributor to the third leading cause of death in the U.S. (which is iatrogenesis in general). If the U.S. spent just a fraction of the over $40 billion each year it spends just on iatrogenic psychiatric drugs alone, for properly researching the issues discussed in this and related RU-vid presentations we would probably, Lord willing, achieve an absolute revolution in medical efficacy improvement and iatrogenesis reduction. I live in the USA and I did an “elimination diet” and I noticed that wheat was a culprit. So I started avoiding wheat as much as possible and then I tried some pasta made in Europe with no problem. I found out that the EU banned GMO food, so I am convinced that it is something in the GMO wheat or the glyphosate. The wheat problem started pretty much when they started putting GMO crops in our food supply.
Exactly ! I live in Canada with similar experiences. Canadian wheat products make me sick while plain egg noodles from Asia ( wheat and water only ) I can eat without problems
Live in USA and it has took me 6 years to finally find doctors who will listen to me about my gut problems..i have to drive 3 hours to get to the city to see them but it has been well worth it..but my main problem was meat..not all my problem has to do with this one but by cutting out my favorite food...Meat...steak and pork..my gut is so much better...❤❤❤🦋🇺🇸
I have noticed that when I consume any of the following I get a gout attack; any canned food, ham, cheese, polony, salami, hot dog, any sauce, white bread. I have cut all these from my diet and I feel a lot better. This is my 3rd year since I stopped taking gout chronic medication
I often feel like my stomach is a roiling soup, I don’t feel well. I’m losing my hair, I now have to wear a wig if I go anywhere. I think I’m definitely a walking inflammation. I will be watching the video repeatedly! My good points, no longer eat fast food, gave up sodas a long time ago, I will have a glass of ginger ale, fizzy, I miss the fizz, occasionally, I rarely drink alcohol and my beverage of choice is water. I keep my salt shaker 1/4 full, I just wave it over the food, I’m tricking my brain, it thinks salt comes out. I love baked goods , I will choose sweet over savory. I use olive oil exclusively, sweet or savory. I just bought 2lb’s of organic turmeric. I add chia, pumpkin and another seed, black and tiny. I cannot think of the name of it, a sign of Brain Fog. In my defense, I have switched out their plastic bags to glass, threw out the plastic! Thank you for the great info in the video, Like & Subscribed, check!
The foods mentioned are dearer in price but worth the price. I stopped drinking semi skimmed milk it's full of buttermilk ! I use coconut milk and feel far better 😌
Thank you for the information. I am only 53 in October and I have arthritis from my big toe and up to my fingers it's so bad I can no longer able to wear my wedding band of 28 years and my diamond of 36 years. My husband also is no longer able to wear his band. We need to change our eating habits starting with your information. So thank you again
Powdered ginger or chopped up ginger might help with hot water as a tea anti inflammatory. Glucosamine sulphate msm and chronditin might help also anti inflammatory. Good luck
What i got from it is i will only eat salmon, eggs, chicken and vegs. I've been eating all the foods video said + alcohol last two years and i aged a decade all my face and body parts fat and swollen
I thought I had cut out sugar however, today I learned differently. I will cut my sugar. I have stopped cold drinks and the different oils. Now, I’m more informed and working on a new approach. Thank you. 🎀✝️✝️✝️💕👣👣
My former supervisor use to say "if it taste good spit it out" however, I'm now a vegan and just like anything else if you developed food related illness then you learn quick that you're choice is either die an early death from eating garbage or learn to except and enjoy that healthy foods will be better way to rid yourself of said illness such as high bp and pre-diabetes.
What tasted good years ago doesn't attract me anymore. Like fatty foods like fries, traditional burgers, pizza's ..., a lot of candies, cookies, soda... It is all in the mind.
This video informing us of what foods cause inflammatory responses within the body does not mean people are questioning things more. There's no questioning here, it's just a list of 13 foods that may cause inflammation. As for "solving problem" there is no ultimate solution to anything but if it helps you to believe and to trust then good for you.
@@jdbruiser the first part of my my statement was based on the comments, not the video. As for the video, there were more than a list of 13 foods that cause inflammation. The author also describes the inflammatory foods and offers alternatives. This is a form of problem solving. I am commending the author for his/her efforts as well as others doing the same.
Great video table salt bad Himalayan good Sugar, carbs, starches, oil, All sweetener are bad Big energy drop when I eat these 4 Pronounced Glyphosate y is an i
Real food for real people. I started with radishes, so easy to grow. When you pick and eat, you are eating living cells. So healthy!! Cherry tomatoes are really easy too! Any container will do even an old shoe!
I can't believe I used to drink a 1/2 gallon of milk daily. No milk anymore. 5 years ago I got a job at a organic food packing plant, and started using the products we packed. Awesome.
I remember when safflower oil, sunflower, grapeseed oil were all the rage! Deemed highly nutricious, and we threw out 'Copha' (coconut fat) and lard (mutton fat) as inferior!
Great content! 👍👍 Unfortunately, I can not follow it because of the music which deconcentrates me... I think it is a bit too loud and somehow inappropriate to an educational content😊
This video is very informative. I rarely use Avocado oil and olive oil anymore. I started using grapeseed oil because they said it lowers cholesterol.😏 I will be switching back!
I'm 79 at 55 I had brain tumors ,prostate cancer , and severe arthritis pain , I woke up got educated out side the Box. eliminated , all processed food ,all pharmaceutical med , Went to national healing , acupuncture , ti chee , qigong , natural plant herbs the body heals it self , I am now clear of all , pain free and more energy I ever had , trust me it is worth the effort to change ,or die a slow painful death up to you 😀😄🙂😊😉

I am highly sensitive to chocolate candy processed and made in America. I have an allergic reaction. I am also highly sensitive to things that are "hot ", MSG, and Tomato Products that are made in the U.S.A.
I’m going to swap our Vegetable Oil with coconut oil I use agave sweetener I have to start with small things first because it seems like everything you eat causes inflammation thank you for sharing
Hello , for cooking purposes Found after much-needed research healthier .alternative In the Battle of Inflammation. Avocado 🥑 oil is superior and works! ❤ All the best your way!❤
I'm going to try to cut out candy. I love the original twix candy and it's going to be hard cause I love the balance of the cookie crunch and the caramel and chocolate. I might have to minimize at first because as I'm sending this message I'm craving some. God please help me.😑
Have same problem with french fries, cocunut cake, pizza, little Debbie's, popcorn, fried chicken, ice cream, cookies, pies, cheese, Doritos, bacon, stoffers Mac n cheese, chocolate, 🍩 Trix🤒 bars and cereal, potatoe chips, with Vernors pop. It seems everything we crave/eat his something wrong with it, just eat in moderation and pray.🙏
Is fish sauce a good alternative of msg? Because they say that fish sauce is a basically msg made from salted and fermented fish. I think it is good but I'm not quite sure.
I cut all that food after I get cancer and I start eating healthy food, I discover healthy food is expensive and not popular. That mean our government accept and help the unhealthy feeding way
So if it is your B12 there will be alot of things happening like sometime feeling dizzy, eye sight wont be as great as before. So recently i started to eat cattle liver. It contains alot of stuff that will bring the B12 back to level. I stopped eating meat when i was a teenager but did not insert plantbased food to replace the vitamines find in animal foods. So take the time and look what signs your body is giving you. Now i'm almost 40 and i try to keep a close look on what my body is showing me regarding my health. So please check with your doctor to see if everything is fine. And God Bless to all of you.
Cut out? I have always reduced my intake of undesirable foods that are bad for you. Now at 80 years old. I eat what I want. Gonna go anyway! Last years enjoy my food!
I have RA and this information is a god send. I have actively started changing what i eat and into my third month i feel much better. I have recently had my bloods done and my inflammatory score has fallen greatly. Still got a few things to change. Information like this gives all of us with inflammatory disease lots of hope. Thankyou
I am allergic to corn syrup-don't know why but I wish product labels would put on the front-no corn syrup or glucose syrup. Free range tastes so much better any way. Surprised with beef jerky - who would have thought? Also 'refined salt' is helpful. Curious about sourdough - where would that fall for inflammation?
Loving this one thanks for sharing very information blessed love to all knowledge is power hopefully everyone pays attention keep up the good work 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
If you take any longer getting to the point, inflammation won't be an issue. I'll have passed away from old age first waiting to hear what causes inflammation.
Lol. Was about to type the same. I make it a point to skip ads on such videos. They filibuster a lot to make videos longer, so they can put more ads in it.
When I went vegetarian I was already half a vegan. I already gave up most milkproducts because they caused pain in my bowel. Just had to ditch eggs, cheese, honey.
There are numerous foods high in glutamates(component in MSG ) like mushrooms , seafood ,aged cheese like parmesan, steak , countless others ,which give that delicious flavor termed umami in gourmet circles.
Thank you for this educational video. I suffer from Hay Fever and Sinuses and I'd do anything to change this health problem. I shall try changing my diet.
Its been 4 months now since i transitioned to a plant based diet and i can definitely feel the difference and the overall benefits of a plant based diet
@@dailyhealthpost i have been plant based for nearly nine yrs and feel at my best at nearly sixty six. We don`t need meat dairy eggs or processed crap, we need natural plant food for our bodies and minds.
hey i had a similar experience, i ate homegrown plant based for about 2 years i felt great till about the 6-8 month mark, then started feeling worse and worse till i eventually felt the worst i ever did at about 2 years, i now eat a more meat based diet and feel the best i ever have, if your eating plant based for ethical reasons good for you but if its for health reasons make sure you are making an unbiased assessment of what it is or isn't doing to your health long term, don't make it into a religion, good luck
@@mikeb5030 hey, sure yea, i just noticed increased fatigue and i was always in a bad mood, i started feeling depressed and anxious, for no particular reason, at the time i assumed the diet was the healthiest thing a person could it so i didn't question it, like i said i plowed through till about the 2 year mark where my fatigue and mental health was at an all time low, i was also starting to have bad dizzy, lighted headed spells, at that point i conceded that it may be the diet, i slowly transitioned to about an 70-80% fatty meat based paleo like diet, have been doing that for about 3 years and feeling great, "best diet" seems different for everyone, I'm just saying don't ignore the signs, give everything a chance but listen to your body, if plant based to truly working for you good for you, but that wasn't me
