I'm doing the LE SSERAFIM workout challenge for 1 month! I couldn't find any realistic follow-along videos so I thought I will do one myself. Let's do this together and get abssssss. I've modified the workout a bit to suit my fitness level (beginner to intermediate). Here's the workout routine:
x100 jumping jacks
4x25 burpees (without push up)
x20 jump squats
1 song (~3min) plank crawl
x20 plank up and down
x20 plank twists
3x25 sit-ups
