Sir, I have a doubt about conditions of strikes. I read somewhere that 60 days notice is required before carrying out a strike and during pendency of proceedings before Tribunals, they can't do strike till 60 days after the conclusion of that proceeding. Is this information is correct?

sir i want to clarify one thing that ki Delhi Govt main kam kar rahe outsource employee ka wage kya central govt ka minimum wage se bhi liya ja sakta hai ya delhi govt dwara notified kiye gaye rates hi adopt karne padenge

Sir i am working in xys Ltd org . I have resigned at last month and my Last working day is 5th of june . But my manager is not accepting my resignation and it comes to my notice that earlier also employee who have left , neither the manager nor the hr accept. And the employee have to suffer for accepted resignation letter and reliving . What to do. ? Please please help me

Hi sir mai ek moll me job karta hu waha par hum 8 hours ke jagh 10 hours job karte hai woo bhi standing duty hota hai to mujhe ye pucha hai ki 8 hours ke duty me kitna time ka lunch break hota hai aur kitne time ke liye tea breaks hota hai. Kyu ki waha par 8 hour job ko hata kar woo jo extra time 2 hours hai usame hi humlogo ko break dete hai aur week me ek week off milta hai.

Sir,agar koi company apne management employees ki salary har sal badhati hai lekin , skilled worker grade ke salary ko teen sal me badhti hai (agreement) to kya ye legal hai ,or kya workers ko iske virodh me koi kanoon sahayta mil sakti h.
