I've been having absolutely awful sleeps lately. I recently lost my mum to cancer. I have really disturbed sleeps and usually get woken up during the night by random sounds and noises. I so much enjoyed this hypnosis today so very, very much. Yesterday was a days with a challenge and so I wept and I realesed all my grief for a moment. In order to let go and let God. That's a difficult one at times because we are human. Today I did my video once again and drifted off to my favorite place and enjoyed eating a candy apple in my favorite place. The only thing I would change would be to record a video where you only include the hypnosis part and refer to this video for those who want or need the instructions. They're good to listen to for those unfamiliar with it but not every time one would want to listen to the hynosis as such.

My dear Joanne I just discovered this new video of yours or more recent this Natalie from Paris who loves you so much Joanne iam happy that you had your diploma Gongratulations Joanne I have a problem it has become a habit I suffer from trichotillomania I can't help pulling my hair if you can have the time to get information on this and help me and those who suffer from this I would be so grateful I don't know why I focused like this on my hair I took risperidone for a year my hair grew back but my body told me to stop side effects were too dangerous and I put on weight now my therapy is you and xanas when iam in instant fear but I take less of xanas but still pulling my hair it calms me to pull but now I am afraid to lose my hair again iam at the limit please find a hypnosis that focuses on these habits ocd please honey help me if you have the time there is no medication for hair pulling, hair pulling nail biting skin pulling are from the same illness but my nails are long I don't do skin pulling but my I observed my dad he has skin pulling and my sister in San Francisco also suffers from hair pulling I wonder if it is genetic in our DNA or if through hypnosis we can cure this when iam focusing on something else I don't pull my hair my scalp starts itching then I scratch then I feel my a thread of hair if it doesn't feel straight and smooth I pull there you have the mechanism I hope you will make a video in that regard with my love and affection From Paris ❤️🙏💐
