Thanks for these exercises. Today I have started doing knee pain exercises demonstrated here. I have crunching knee noise with pain in both knees. I also have pain in my heels and middle finger and upper arm of my right hand. The problem I am having is squatting and getting up and down from the mat. I am 46yrs

It is really important that you see a physiotherapist. The physiotherapist will examine your specific situation and tell you what you can and cannot do. These videos are for educational purposes only. Now that you are more knowledgeable about your condition and the types of exercises you could be doing, it will be much easier for you to discuss with your physiotherapist. You will understand what they are saying, and why they are recommending one exercise and not the other one. I think that patients who are more knowledgeable about their options are much better to adhere to the treatment recommendations. That is the ultimate goal of these videos, that you can discuss with your health care professional and be a partner in the decisions.

Wow its amazing my favourite topic i was requested you to do on knee pain exercises which is very common in females more in indian context quite challenging and satisfactory outcome is also in remote. I used to do modalities like swd ift or localised ust with wax therapy combo along with strengthening stretchingexs but this video add more tips to do 8 exercises 4 strengthening & 4 stretching ...good video i can indulge in my practice and help many patients .credit goes to dr.andreafurlan. madam already frozen shoulder exs & back exs i have applied to many patients got successful from acute episode of pain ....excellent keep doing madam.

It is really important that you see a physiotherapist. The physiotherapist will examine your specific situation and tell you what you can and cannot do. Superb video for me . Thank you so much Doctor. I have one doubt I have meniscus tear and swelling is not reducing but I can do exercises with some pain. My question is shall I do some exercises on floor. Is it ok or have to wait more time because wanted to to sit on floor and want to play with my kids. Thank you.

Thank you Dr Furlan! I am having pain on my left knee on the the bone and muscles especially when i put pressure to walk or stretch me knee flat to the surface. i get some relief with ice pack but once i start walking around it pain starts and it feels like it is in the bone on the side of my knee and the muscles.i had an xray and ulrasound done and it shows a little bit of swelling. Can you please advise me how to handle this. I need your advise PLEASE. .

Thank you Andrea, I am currently in P. T. For my left knee. My Therapist said it is also weak hip muscles. I started using your exercises as well. I can now walk up stairs slowly 😃 I can not do squats it kills my knee. Thank you for your help.

I have seen your many such videos regarding physiotherapy which un doubtedly helped me a lot but as for as exercises are concerned it takes lot of time and if few few days I don't have time to do these exercises I again feel pain in my knee . Please tell me what can be done to permanently get rid of my knee pain.

IT is more than 4 years i have Patella problem and i cannot bend my knees but when it is warm i have lessproblem than when it is cold and humid.

Very nice yr exercise.but one who is abov knee ampute( one knee) with degenerative lippings in femoral nd tibial condyles forming knee joint nd joint space is reduced.using prosthetic leg(since21 years). Bangladesh.

Wish I saw these excercises before! I have sciatic nerve pain in both legs the pain is there all the time sore especially mornings. It flared up badly in one leg last year and since then, I have pain. I had Chiro pain in the begining but got no relief, so I stop going. The side of my hips on both legs hurt when I sit and then get up and if I go up and down stairs. I have a 5K run coming up at the end of Feburary I have been looking forward to do this for 2 years it was cancelled because of Covid 19, would these excercises help me? I am telling my family my bed is not comfortable and it hurts my back should I sleep on the bare floor? I wished you had a clinic in Orlando Fl. Also is there any supplement that may help, to loosen the muscles? hanks for sharing these excercises.

Hi Judit. It is really important that you see a physiotherapist. The physiotherapist will examine your specific situation and tell you what you can and cannot do. These videos are for educational purposes only. Now that you are more knowledgeable about your condition and the types of exercises you could be doing, it will be much easier for you to discuss with your physiotherapist. You will understand what they are saying, and why they are recommending one exercise and not the other one. I think that patients who are more knowledgeable about their options are much better to adhere to the treatment recommendations. That is the ultimate goal of these videos, that you can discuss with your health care professional and be a partner in the decisions.

Hi Sarkar. I think exercises may help neuropathic pain. The more we move the part affected, the faster the neurological system will recover and repair the neuropathic pain.
