Funny spider story…I was next in line to be seated at a restaurant and felt something on my shoulder. I glanced down to see a spider. In a panicked state, I swiftly flung it off only to hear an OMG! From the person seated next to where I was standing. I looked over and saw that I had flung the spider on his omelet! 😂
I chose video because of the time. I wanted a longer run. Loved this video and even continued to run after it ended to get myself to 5 miles which is my longest run to date!! Thank you for getting me there ❤❤❤
LOVED this workout! I'm an avid IBX workout girlie, so I check every Monday for the new video and do it, unless its a walk workout then I go back and do a run workout I've probably done a million times before.
Love these tread workouts! I used to be an avid runner but then shit happened in my life, stopped running, gained weight. These workouts have been really helping me in getting back to running. Please don’t stop making them ❤❤
Perfect! I can’t wait to do this when I get home! I have to staick with the lower paces cause I still can’t run faster consistently every time I run. Some runs I try to stay with you but my joints and things can’t do it every time so today I appreciate u put up the lower paces! Lol I am also only 5 ft so my recovery pace jog is 4.0 or 4.2

This run is so hard for me! I’m an intermediate runner I’d say and can hold decently long paces. I just can’t get myself to finish this one! One day I will!

I picked this work out because I saw that we got to walk after every six minutes. I thought it was going to be a little bit easier than it actually was ha ha ha ha! 3.82miles

I do workouts 5-6 days a week and 30 or 40 mins videos . 15-20 mins weights. I didn't change too much of what I was eating. I eat pretty well but just stayed consistent with the workouts and mixed it up from hit to endurance to progressive to keep my body guessing. And I'm in my late '40s almost 50. So thank you.
