Just a little note, if you are going to use honey, make sure the milk/liquid is lukewarm not hot (safe enough to dip your finger in) honey especially organic honey has properties that are helpful and I learnt somewhere that extreme heat destroys these benefits
@@SugarMDs Can you please one day do a video for diabetic women who are thinking of becoming pregnant/who find out they have gestation diabetes/are pregnant? E.g what is safe/ not safe to consume e.g drugs, diets and supplements they should and shouldn’t consume while being in this transition. The videos you make are very helpful but as someone who’s diabetic and about to go through ivf it would be great to have a better guide which teas/supplements etc are safe to take to minimise the affect hormones can have on sugar while pregnant.
I have been drinking this before bed time for a while now. I sleep better, I move around with great ease, I have energy. I do take other supplements everyday as well, but I really like this Golden Milk....

Hi Dr MD , for the people who’ve the kidney problems or the kidneys function only 20 or 30% can we use the turmeric or not ? I use to take the turmeric pills but my Dr said not to take that because my kidney not too good so I stop taking it !
Yes I to have kidney issues. I lost my left side at 4yrs old with an 8 1/2 pound tumor!! YES honestly.. So I'm always concerned about everything! Good question, I pray he answers us 🙏 I have really bad arthritis and fibromyalgia. I'm in constant pain. I've also had three heart attacks and rectal cancer. I hurt.... I was diagnosed pre diabetic, I really love sweets and always had candies in my bag. I realized I need to change my diet since I'm not getting any younger, so in a month I make juices of beetroots, onion, i added fresh turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, black pepper, ginger, i placed all of it in a juicer and with in a month I'm back to healthy again, i even losing weight, plus exercise

My understanding is that if you are taking a blood thinner, you can't take ginger nor turmeric. Why is it that what is good for one thing, it's not good for another. I think what I am going to do is just not listen to my drs and just enjoy life and eat what I want to eat. Good for you or not. I do appreciate all this info tho. Have a great evening everyone.
