im actually so glad i did this class this morning!.. i could feel a lot of times in doing the back bends i was struggleing to breath (NOT due to over doing it) i checked my posture, and realized i was releasing a ton load of anxiety and stress! i could feel i was on the urge of a few anxiety attacks but as i kept calm and just listened to your voice, they left. i feel so positive now and feel SO ready for my day! :) thank you Kassandra for being a wonderful Yoga Teacher

I've tried several backbend sequences from other videos and this is the absolutely best practice for me. Your instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I have several back issues but I can manage this class and feel great afterwards. I've incorporated this class into my weekly routine. Thanks for all that you do!
Thank you for another great class. Back bends are not my strong suit since I have scoliosis, but your instruction methods are so easy to follow that I am able to tweak the poses just a bit if necessary. Keep up the great work and I look forward to more of your excellent videos!!
I feel much more flexible doing the same pose in the class. Star to understand more and create more room on the upper back. I always feel pain in my lower back every time I do any back bend pose. I have been doing few of your class focusing upper shoulder. It makes so much difference now. Oh well as how I feel. It might look the same from the outside. I can see the back of the room when doing wild thing. The words you said is so right on practical point. Keep coming back to yourself videos. Thank you so much Kassandra

Very nice video Kassandra thank you! I struggle with back bending and I tend to "pinch" a lot to get through some poses, and this definitely helped bring my awareness to opening through the back. Keep them coming!

This felt amazing!! My back feels like a million bucks. I had doubt's I'd be able to finish the full hour, but I pushed through it. I'm so glad I did. The cues were also easy to follow, which I find difficult with yoga instructors. I have fifteen, one long hour each due for my yoga teacher training, so I'm trying to build up my stamina and knowledge by following other instructors. Your classes and Jessica Richburg, I find are the easiest to follow! You also got me into Yin Yoga, so I'm going to take your class after I complete my 200 hour training.
That was seriously one of the best yoga classes I've ever taken and I've taken a lot with a lot of different instructors. It was just the right amount of challenging to improve my backbend. Thank you! Definitely subscribing
Awesome class! I just started doing yoga regularly a few weeks ago and this was a perfect class for a beginner working towards a backbend. The moves all flowed together very smoothly, and it's been hard for me to find yoga videos that actually take time to settle into each move instead of just zooming through them.
I feel the need for backbends for a while (idk why). I love your sequences & instructions! It is great to find awesome intermediate classes. Lots of love from Turkey :)

Thanks so much! I generally prefer with music too, but I had lots of request to do a "no music" one so that people could put their own music to practice with.

Thank you. I enjoy the 10 min in the AM and like to have a vinyasa moderate to challenging in PM. Sometimes with a mandala flow. Could you organize the page to find classes by style, challenge and length?
