I mix a can of pumpkin with coconut milk, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, ground flax seed, and stevia to sweeten. I eat this daily. It has me feeling incredible, and I love my concoction!

I live in the SF Bay Area of CA and I went to several stores to buy pumpkin puree. I remember seeing cans for about 99 cents. However, now the price has risen to $6.99 for the same can of pumpkin! I realize it is thanksgiving time and this maybe the reason why the sudden spike in price, but the prices are rediculous. Luckily, after hunting for a week, I did find some cans for $150! I bought 10 cans! Now, im home enjoying all sorts of pumpkin recipes. My goal is to integrate it into my weight loss and long term sustainable eating habit. We shall see! Thanks for your video!
Oddly enough pumpkin kind of taste disgusting and bland on its own unless of course you add a lot of sugar and cinnamon to it but I found healthier way to eat it which is which is ....adding lots of fish to it! I love eating pumpkin with sardines, tuna and salmon and it tastes amazing
