Alcohol, fast foods, oily foods, processed meats/foods, unwanted medicines/drugs, sugary foods, too much salty foods that's what all dangers for your liver so avoid them all at any cost

Excellent advice as always. I think my Liver is fine. I cook most of my food and it's just meat/fish and veggies...and yogurt, eggs, fruit. No alcohol. One mug of Coffee in late morning. Drink Water. Sleep. Rarely take an Aspirin. I'm 76. My Liver will probably last.

Nice video, thank you. I have to admit though, that I do not exactly agree completely with "Drinking lots of water" (3:04), as it is personal, and you know, a problem for aging men with aging prostates (see also sleeping 7 hour srtraight with no waking up...); and with "Stevia" ( 8:15), which to my limited knowledge is also problematic somehow. As far as not drinking alcohol (1:22, 3:31)- Ah, now this is something I choose not to follow, God bless the fruit of the wine (and the fruit of the coffee)... So let it be... Other than that, well, it is basically more or less what I hear anywhere for better health- Avoid sugars, increase Omega3 foods, Sleep well, reduce stress, reduce alcohol consumption, eat more vetegables and more whole foods, exercize, etc. And yes, Sit less, move more, love more, laugh more; comes without saying.

My Dr recommended aspirin every day for blood pressure.. does this also impact the liver?

In addition to taking necessary actions to detox and be healthier, affirm or think "I am healing" or "I am becoming healthier" and imagine what being healthy feels like or looks like. That way your mind supports your actions.

This video is somewhat inaccurate The ingredients mentioned for SPAM are incorrect. ... So, be careful there could be other mistakes

Not inaccurate it was a description of SPAM in general as brands varies etc; so no reflection on the advice given from Ryan . Besides, l wouldn't even consider feeding my dog SPAM 😄
