this workout is garbage too much isolation too much pumping because he is a roidhead he doesnt have to do compound movements which build the most muscle for naturals
do some weighted pullups for reps, heavy barbell rows for reps, heavy tbar rows for reps, heavy dumbbell rows for reps, heavy dumbbell pullovers for reps. ofcourse this roidhead is on the cable station with isolation movements he will keep you small this channel sucks

This isn't a back day as such, more so giving a few extra movements to consider adding (or swapping out) to a current back routine I'd say. Following start to finish you'd be over training the lats a fair bit and lacking in other areas.
Definitely more lean in the last few years but you’ve lost the thickness in your back ⏸️ you always had mass and was still the leanest around, is that a choice? Injury? Or just preference now?

Follow the arm path, learn the anatomy, and you'll know yourself. Low to high is upper back, mid is a mix of lats and mid back, high to low is lats. The whole back WILL work in most back exercises, but each muscle will contribute to a different degree. Pronated grip can make it more traps and rhomboids, neutral and supinated can make it more lats. Wide grip can be more upper, close grip more lats etc.
