Saying this for anyone that can relate: Had to take breaks and did not use the dumbbell for half the exercises but u gotta start somewhere! And I’m proud of myself for finishing it 🥰

I really appreciate that you have so many 10-20 minute strength-training videos. As a new mom, I get at most 30 minutes to myself at a time when baby is napping. I love that I can do a 5-minute warm-up/stretch video and then do one or two strength-training videos in my 30 minutes of freedom. Thank you!

Can I just say, I love the fact that your using your mins of freedom to do something productive??like that takes a lot of mental training to set your mind into doing something that requires hardworking and motivation during your only free time. Day 4 done!!! I have an advent calendar, and each time i finish a day i let myself take my little chocolate 😂😂😂 to see people doing their days of December in the comments makes the difference! I feel like im motivated by the others. We all can do it!!!

I commented last time that once I got my new set of dumbbells, imma do all Maddie’s workouts with dumbbells. And now she’s making a lot of workout videos with dumbbells and I happen to have my very own set of weights that I just got last week so yaaay, now I get to do these!!!🏋🏻‍♀️🙌🏽💪🏽

I memorized a few of your core and booty routines about two years ago and I'm still using them regularly. This was after I screwed my lower back hard in a cycling accident and desperately needed core strength. My back is better than ever and I've got a very decent sixpack-ish core where there used to be none :). Love your workouts. Now I'm back here looking for more material to memorize. Thanks! Could you please do some hip flexor stretches or strengthening videos?? Ever since I tried your newest 10 minute ab video, i can seem to stretch enough to get my flexors to not hurt me. This never happened before, and i would just love some sort of guidance and help with that so I'm not in pain when i do your workouts. I love you, and I've been doing this with you for 2 years now! Cant wait for more

I just have to share this, I know that most of the excercises here are built for women's fitness but madfit's workouts the best fit for me. I lose weight fast and when I do long intense workouts that most men do in gyms or at home, I just cant keep up and I become a stick overtime rather than build muscles. These 10 to 30 minutes produce the best results for me. They dont tire me but I feel pumped everytime, I can finally build mass and maintain a fit body. Thank you!

So when you said you were using a 10lb dumbbell, I figured, hey? why not try the same weight and knowing I've never done any of this with weights before, but I tell you what, a 10lb dumbbell is no joke and I'm glad to say I manage to accomplish every one of them and I felt all the burn. Thanks for your amazing workouts that I'm able to squeeze in between my regular programs. They've actually been helping me to get my waist a little smaller and my whole midsection going down and so far I've lost 3 inches in the waist.

I’ve been doing this workout for a while, pairing it with cardio from riding a peloton, as well as your arm toning video, and I’ve noticed not only changes in my body but I’ve adapted a more balanced diet, and my mental health has been great. 19 November: I totally enjoyed this session. Thank you for the burn. 20 November: What a fun workout. Loved it thoroughly. Yay. I did it today also. Let’s see for tomorrow if I can do it or not, let’s say I’ll be doing it hopefully. 21 November: What a fun routine yaa’all. It’s like cherry on cake for abs. One must do it very single day. I ll be doing it daily because who doesn’t like to have fun, right? 22 November: I really did enjoy the workout session and it’s fun one I had said earlier as well. I love how I am not skipping it because it’s indeed fun to workout this routine. Thank you Mad. 23 November: Hope you guys enjoyed this. Are you freaking kidding me! I absolutely loved and had fun doing this workout. And that last flying kiss uff! Thank you Maddie ❤ I am done with today and I don’t think I’ll miss having this fun! Hey Maddie, thanks for this workout. I'm training now for almost 3 years with you every day or least as much as I can and I must say, since you created this app or has this new design, the workouts have lost intensity significantly. When I was normally completely covered in sweat, I now have to do two or three rounds of your workouts to feel the burn and I already try to increase the intensity by e.g. lifting the feeds up of the floor for the Russian twist. Do you just want to make these video for a lager audience and therefore lower the intensity? Am I the only person how feels like that? Anyways I would be very happy about a 15/20 min killer workout like you used to make them!! 💪🏼😘

I like your videos and I really enjoy the sweat, but this time 4/10 exercises were crunches or the same style, but with different leg positions. If you do another core workout, maybe you can include some different exercise ☺️
