I found this video recently and it has quickly become part of my daily routine (I started exercising ~18 months ago (my attempt at 50 and fabulous) and I began adding yoga into my daily routine ~9 months ago) ….I use this video as a mid-day stretch/digestion assistant….love it! ❤️ Side note, I really enjoy your videos….you have definitely been instrumental in my new found love for yoga and meditation! Wow perfect timing for this upload! I have severe gluten intolerance (possibly undiagnosed Celiac's disease), anyway, I got exposed to gluten today and I am not feeling good, so I needed this!
Loved it! Initially i was going to look for a headache 10 min. Sequence but decided on this and it eased up so much posterior tension it really helped my headache! Double benefits!
