This was great! Just one question, when you do the side movements, can I come on to my elbow and rest my head in my hand? I have neck issues.

Thanks Lynda! Absolutely you can. For both side movements you can lower your body if you’d like. For the clamshells you would then modify by keeping your hips on the floor. 😊💕
