Take these next five minutes to gently stretch your entire body and connect with your breath. In today's yoga class we'll be moving slowly and mindfully to melt away tension and we'll be holding gentle asanas that are calming for both the body and mind.
Asanas include Sukhasana, Cat Cow, Child's Pose, Thread The Needle, Low Lunge, Half Split, Cobra Waves, Downward Facing Dog and Seated Twist.
There are no props required and this practice is suitable for all levels.
