I’m a skinny girl. Did this exercise everyday for 2 weeks and my legs and butt got a little bigger. First week my mom recognized that me legs and butt got bigger!!!! This works!!!!

Kimmy Leoni i just did squats every day. First day 5 Squats, second day 10 squats. third day 15 squats, etc... It is easy and helpful

I did this along with the official wider hips workout. I also added 5lb ankle weights and a waist trainer. Gonna do those two everyday for a week, all the same. Gonna update now that I have all the equipment. Thank you, this workout really kicks some ass! 👏 (today was day 1 btw)

have been doing these for 3 days. today's the 3rd one. the 3rd has been the hardest of them all and I'm not afraid to say i couldn't do all of the exercises cause i was dying my legs hurt a lot. this comment is like a way to tell anyone that they aren't alone and that they shouldn't give up. i hope that after a week or sth like that I'm gonna see a result and not feel such a big pain. lemme know if y'all want any update after a week or so 💪 good luck everyone!! i hope I won't give up and do this for a month!! i started following this workout in March, when lockdown started in my state. almost three months later and i can confidently say it really works !!! the key is to stay motivated, consistent and have a rest day or two. to anyone thinking about following this routine, i say go for it !!! p.s. if you're up for a challenge, add 15-30 seconds to each individual workout. you'll REALLY feel the burn !!!

I did this for the first time yesterday along with a couple of your other workouts and this KILLED me. the jump squats and the reverse lunges were no joke! Lets not even talk about that squat hold. Whew! I'm really loving your workouts and you keep me motivated :-)

Okay so I made it all the way threw even tho my booty feels like it’s about to hit the floor and my ankles are about to milly rock away from my legs and my thighs feel like they are going on a vacation to my bed for a year.

I’m gonna update y’all my legs are really big but anyways I’m dieting Nd I eat small portions And I do her workout and another leg workout app called leg slimming 1. It was good I did it twice and I did another leg workout but one time and i did this back to back my legs were burning but hey I got it done 2.done 3. Done 4. Done 5.done 6. Rest day 7.done did it 3 times 8. Done did 3 times 👍🏽
