First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Congrats on 3 mil girl I’ve been watching you since 2019 you’ve helped me so much I’m actually starting to feel ok with my body and see abs but I have to keep on working with the stubborn stomach fat, arms and thighs but I’m so happy to have watched you grow and become even more amazing. Great simple short work out. Trying to ease myself into exercise and this helps as it does not put me off. 54 year old who has just put on 1.5 stone during the lock down and I feel like I have really let myself go and this is helping me crawl back to fitness. Thank you

Can you make a movie with a suggestion how much time to work every day, and what kind of workout, kind of a plan for 30 days or something like this? I find myself every day just waisting time trying to choose what to do next. Without really knowing if its too much for 1 day or maybe not enough.

I’m so glad I found this channel. I started eating healthier I and just started working out a couple of weeks ago. Obviously it’s been a bit difficult with everything that’s been going on. I miss the gym because of all the equipment but I’ve been making it work since I found your channel. So far I lost 10lbs and I’m so excited to lose more. I look forward to working out now. I hope you continue making your videos!

Thank you so much for this new upload, I've been following your other arm toning workout routine and my body got so used to that routine that it doesn't feel burning anymore.
