I honestly wasn’t expecting much other than a different person doing the same routine maybe with different music, but am i glad i found this video! Your explanation makes the whole routine so much better, I finally know why there are certain parts of the work out I didn’t feel as much or wasn’t using the right breathing method! I’m definitely doing your work outs from now on. Thanks so much: D

Day 1- I did it, it was really hard but got through it took a lot of breaks Day 2- I did it was a tiny bit easier but not by a lot Day 3- complete Day 4- i took a break Day 5: complete it was nice to have a break

i have used this video almost every day since the starting of the year. I used to use alexis herself’s video but it’s not as easy to follow as yours. Your adlibs and countdowns are really what bring me back every day. Thank you for this

@@ems6964The results are amazing. My waist got smaller and I lost the little pouch by my lower abs. But I credit that to the combination of doing some cardio, like riding a stationary bike, for ten minutes then doing this video after. (Also not eating too much junk food ofc.) I hope you achieve your goal!

I've been consistently doing this workout since 2021 and still do. It's the best ab workout video. Your aesthetics, the motivation, the beeps, everything is just on POINT! And I have SO MUCH fun doing it. Thank you for helping me finding joy in exercice 😄

Wow thank you I really needed this because I intend to put on my airpods and listen to the Instructions I really HATE looking at the screen every time to see if the time is over yet so THANK YOU !! Ps the one person Who disliked is just blinded by the sweat 😌

I'll keep you guys posted! Day 1: One of the workouts that really seemed to make me keep working out, not too tough or sweaty Day 2: Done Day 3: skipped Day 4: done :) Day 5: did it twice! once after waking up, then in the evening, feeling stronger, had to take one small pause and then i was good to go! Day 6: done! Day 7: had to skip, got food poisoning :( Day 8: Done!!

Great video! Also, am I doing something wrong? I keep reading comments like “I’ve never exercised, but I’ve been doing this everyday for 20 days and wow the results etc etc”. I’m also a beginner and after this full ab workout my abs burn for 2,3 days and doing this right away again proves VERY painful, so I concentrate on other body parts in the interim. Is there a way to manage to do abs days in a row (ie cry through the pain), or it’s a bad idea? Haha just curious at my predicament…😂

Ik this comment is pretty old but for anyone else who may be wondering the same thing, you’re supposed to rest the parts of your body you’ve worked out, until they stop aching (or at least until most of the ache is gone). You need to give time for the microtears in your muscles to heal and strengthen, overworking will give a counterproductive effect

You're applying a lot of pressure on your back. Rest lower back on the ground and do the workouts slowly

Important tip is that without a stronger back you can't develop a toned ab. So it's essential to include back strengthening exercises like downward, upward dogs, sphinx and stretches that strength the back. I got this advice from a fitness trainer and personally I've seen the change 👍.
