I'm thinking about purchasing a board... I hope it's not a waste of money. My wife there's lots of videos on youtube... But I do wish there was a way to erase the clock. I'm one huge tense to watch it which takes to fun out of it
Hey Lily! Firstly, please make sure to do the warm up in the videos prior to exercising. We also recommend one of our Recovery workouts as an additional resource to prime your stabilizer muscles (inner thighs) for our lateral movement based workouts. As for the sliding smoothly question, have your used the slide polish for your board? That ensures that you will have a frictionless motion as you glide across the board. If the 6ft setting is providing you with challenges, we highly recommend that you adjust the board down to 5ft in order to get comfortable with this new training movement. You’re not the only customer who has experienced challenges so please know this is common. But with much practice, and preparation (utilizing the spray, warmups and the adjustable bumper) we’re confident that you’ll feel as comfortable as we do on the board without any pain.
