...because it would be nice to have at least one comment that isn't spam ;) Love the content you guys put out. Personal trainer for the last 30 years, and your content is some of my favorite for picking up cues to help my clients! Aaand you guys are just... sorry, I can't think of a more appropriate word than... adorable.

Thank you so much for these ab exercises! Since I have mild scoliosis the crunches and twist-y ab exercises scare me and feel uncomfortable. Trying these out!
