What's up, Achievers?! Jason here with a nice, simple routine for y'all who needs some extra love for your joints and muscles - which I think is all of us these days!
Here are the moves and the muscles/joints addressed:
Supine Breathing: Full Body Relaxation Drill
Cat Cow: Entire Spine
Quadruped Rocking: Hips
Wide Stance Rocking: Hips
Split Stance Rocking with T-Spine Rotation: Hips, Inner Thighs, T-Spine
Seated "Wall" Slide: Mid/Low Traps, Chest, Shoulders, Hips
90/90 to Forward Lean: Hips
Cobra Pose to Downward Dog to Calf Pedal (2x): Entire Posterior Chain
Inchworm: Posterior Chain and Shoulders
Spiderman Lunge to Rotation: Hips, T-Spine, Chest, Shoulders
