Who else loves working out with them. It’s so much easier to keep going when following their workouts. I used to get bored and loose motivation, until I did this. 1. I started following workout channels and enjoy working out with them since then. 2. I started creating my own workouts on my channel which are effective but also a lot of fun to me. And now I love the mix of both ! 💪🏼
Literally the perfect 10-minute workout. Broke a good sweat and got weights in without any burpees or pushups (which I can't do due to shoulder injury). Also, LOVE that there's just 10 seconds of rest. I can't stand it when a 10-minute video wastes almost half the time resting. Thank you!!!
I usually walk my neighborhood before getting my kids from the bus stop, but it has been so miserably hot lately so I did this instead before I left to pick them up. I already lifted this morning but this is a great way to move your body during the day when you have a sedentary job. Loved it!

So happy I stumbled on this workout! I’m 58need to lose about 45 lbs and just started eating better but wanted to work out also. I was a body builder in my 20’s and 30’s never know that now😢 but I’m on the right track and love this video it’s only day 3 but it’s already easier. This is my workout .not a warm up for me,i do this just once a day but 6 days a week along with a ten min arm with weights workout.i feel stronger already in week 2,less stiif and achey.Thank you J and T
THANK YOU!!! Just what I needed. My 8yr old had surgery last week and I haven’t worked out since the Friday before. Between sleeping on hospital recliners and nursing her back to health when we came back home, both my mind and body were sluggish and protesting a workout. Took a walk and did this to ease myself back today. I feel ready to tackle one of your 30min videos tomorrow.

I just found your video and am so excited. I appreciate the variety, no to the ground and back up, short rests and showing all exercises from many angles. I'm almost 70 and have shred 30 lb and am keeping it off. That may not seem like much but I'm only 4'9" . I really believe that your workouts can add a bit of fun each week. Thank you.
I loved this , I find a lot of workouts boring and find it difficult to keep focus but this shown different exercises that aren't so boring and kept it to a short interval which all helped with my focus and allowed me to fit in a workout whenever and left me feeling I have done a proper workout . Thank you 🙏🏼❤️
Been lurking for a week or so, till I realized that my fav morning workout video quickly became their low impact HIIT workout! Y'all are saving lives on here, KNOW THIS. Wish I was in the position to pay at least SOMETHING for the immense value you're providing, bc workouts have grown difficult for me due to my lack of knowledge about the points of *impact* that specific exercises can create, and, with Juice and Toya, I am discovering a new rhythm and cadence for working out that gets me more motivated daily. Words can't describe

I'm glad I found you. I walk a lot most days but have issues with stairs. Yesterday I was on a tour and the tour guide finally stopped asking me if I need assistance as I was the "old lady" in the group. My hips and knees didn't bother me at all. This workout is so easy to do in a hotel room. Thank you.

I was just planning on continuing to scroll through RU-vid this morning and this popped up and got me out of bed. I really liked that during some of the movements yall went back to standing straight, really helped me think about my posture.
Exactly what I needed due to my time constraints: late start before getting myself ready for work. 10 min of this here got my heart rate up nice! Me, being a 62 yr old #queenager, I TRUUUULY appreciate what you said towards the end of the video, for that I, myself, had been saying the same thing since re-embracing an active lifestyle 4 yrs ago: Move your Body EVERY day... This was a perfect addition to my morning workout today - Thank you. Since I've embarked on a 30 day yoga journey and have a really tight schedule I have had to cut down a bit on my usual strength training for a bit. Unfortunately my body needs mobility and yoga more right now, even though I prefer workout with a bit more tempo and strength. When my injuries and joints are somewhat better I'll be back to do more strength training. :D

I really enjoyed maximizing these 10 minutes to the fullest. I worked up a sweat and to me it was like doing a 30 minute low impact cardio. I truly loved that it involved dumbbells! MORE LIKE THESE, PLEASE!!!
So good, loved the routine, short, vigorous, sweaty, moving and exhilarating - now sweaty from head to toe. Thank you to both of you for the contribution you are making and providing free content to those keen to get healthy. At 59, I am keen to stay out of hospital if possible and hopefully from a nursing home but who knows …here from Sydney Australia cheering on to all on this journey of staying physically fit that which hopefully contribute a healthy brain.

And like others have mentioned, the music is energizing w/o being annoying. My daughters and I work out together while watching your videos. Fun memories in the making :).
