Must be for those like me who, at 5ft 7.5 and 16.5 stone (yes it's old money and I'm only 39) think that a day's work on the spanners is classed as exercise then one Sunday morning decide enough is enough with the jelly belly. Oh yeah, Joe Wicks does H.I.T workouts on RU-vid. I'll try that. 3 exercises in I'M REALLY APPRECIATING THE 15s rest period to limit cardiac arrest in hope that I can gain satisfaction from surviving the next 7 exercises. Thanks Mr. Wicks. You are now part of my week. The Mrs. will be happy. Funny bone gag made me howl but I astutely carried on with intensity and vigour and sweat.
Please please please could we have some more ten minute workouts...life is so hectic and exhausting but these are game changers for mood and energy. Thank you so so much Joe xx
i like how humane this is like i watched so many workout video where everything is just perfect where they don't look sweaty, tired, or just messed up a bit. Idk this video just makes me feel like "FINALLY" 😂
In all honesty it's a terrible workout and the fact he can't complete it without grasping for breath or almost injuring himself reflects this. He doesn't stretch or warm up the collectly first and some exercises are purely silly. Not recommended.
@@zaidkent6587 he's clearly trying to made the viewers feel more comfortable about maybe not being able to do it all. he taught a lot of kids in different schools and he probably tries his best to be more supportive
When I used to follow PE w joe last year I was able to do 1 hour workouts, now I’ve got off the workout train I find 10 mins hard and I have to pause it to break for longer. But I’m just glad I accomplished a workout. if I do 5-10 mins daily then I’ll be able to do 1 hour again without realising. I love the satisfaction and joy of completing these!
I am a smoker who hasn't seen a gym in years I have repeatedly tried to find a 10 minute workout that's best fit for me and I have found this workout 5 days ago and have done it for five days str8 and until I'm in the shape required to move up a level to the longer videos this is the one that's gonna get me there 💪. Thanks man you're awesome
When I started PE with Joe in the first lockdown I was so unfit go to now ive just tacked this onto the end of a 20 min dance hiit workout to make it a 30 min session. Thank you so much for encouraging all of us to be the best version of ourselves! Love following your insta adventutes with your wonderful family too your daughter looks like my niece (2.5) who loves doing some 'Do 'icks!' X

I do this in the evening after putting the kids to bed, instead of sitting on the couch or getting into bed myself. It truly rejuvenates me so I can clean up the house and get work done. I've sent this to a few people.
Thank you for doing such a short HIT workout. I have enjoyed PE with Joe, but now back at work. This will fit in perfectly with my day and mean I don't lose all the benefits of the last 10 weeks.
Thank you so much, I've always struggled keeping a consistent work out routine and often end up going long periods without doing anything, making me feel awful in so many ways especially in these times of quarantine. Having something easy to fit into the day but yet somewhat intense was really helpful. I feel so much more energized already! having someone to guide me through it and encourage me helped me get through all of it as well. Thank you so much once more.
My absolute favourite and I always come back to. Great for a quick burst so I can fit exercise in even on busy days. I can also fit a quick ABS burner sesh to end with. Love the 45 secs on 15 rest. Really pushes me more than the 20 min work out! Thanks Joe, your a legend! More of these please, please!!

Love this. As a busy Mum with a 2 girls (2 yrs and 7 months) this works perfect! My youngest only has 20 to 30 min naps so these fast HIIT are amazing. Would love to see more!!!

Thanks for doing this Joe. I'm back at work now and missing my workout with the kids. Was worried I'd lose the fitness I built up during the PE classes. These shorter ones means i can squeeze in a little before going to work. Keep up the great work and thanks again.
Loved it. This is my first Joe workout. I normally do 40 mins yoga 4 or 5 times a week so I thought 10 mins would be enough for starters. I was stronger than I though. Will do this a few times a week then work up for longer. Thanks Joe 👌

I do your videos every morning even if I don’t make the live I still do it and ever since I started I have got better and better at burpies and through out the weeks I have seen improvements and this morning I finally nailed the burpie
At the moment wasnt feeling well and lacked motivation. Glad this little workout come my way, really feeling it now. Will be adding this to my workout list for when I don't have huge at of time time. Thanks

We've been doing the 8 minute and 5 minute workouts with my son under Quarantine and he was getting a bit bored. I was hesitant to try the longer vids. Thank you for this! More of these please! Btw I hope your arm is ok
Joe struggling with Weight last few years. Tried usual Diets on off them you know yourself. Back exercising now to your classes, I find them like doing them with a friend, you say you struggle and feel the burn just like us,you give great encouragement throughout keep up the great work. Thanks from ordinary joe soap trying to shift those pounds 👊👊👊👊.
I'm trying this at 05:34 from a communal living area where everyone else is asleep and I've had no sleep so this better work and make me toned if I do it every day for the next 6 months.

Really, really, really appreciate the absence of terrible music blasting throughout like 99% of other workout videos. I use my own music to workout with and it's a godsend.
