I literally love how other ab workouts are like “okay I’m just starting to feel it so I’m going to do another round or two”, but Joes just over here keeping it real - “Imagine doing another 7, or 14 minute abs - no THANK YOU! Not AT ALL!” Also, Joe checking his abs at the end is me after day 1.
Thank you so much for the workouts everyday, I have loved every one! I had a hysterectomy in February just before lockdown and have been using the workouts as part of my recovery plan. Its sad that you are going to do three days a week now, but all good things must come to an end eventually. You are an inspiration to us all and have made the world get off its bum and move! Its a great achievement. I am now able to start to inspire my students again as I am a fitness instructor with my first class this evening, outside in the garden of course! Thank you Joe, I will be here again tomorrow!
I have no time for fitness celebrities in general but Joe you are so down to Earth and just lovely and genuine. Your videos are really helping me through some hard times and COVID and the gyms being closed, much love brother.
I have done the exercise and It was amazing. That definitely shows how 7 minutes can be really hard. I also thought that this exercise was the hardest out of all the videos of The Body Coach TV.Well done Joe!
Just did this abs session after a 20 min Joe HIIT session - tough! a great way to finish a workout. Great instruction from Joe as always and motivation also. Thank you for P.E. with Joe. My adult daughter and I do it together from different parts of the country. I am 68. For years I have had low blood pressure. I believe it is exercising with you that has brought it up to a normal 110/90. The workouts are challenging, invigorating and fly by quickly. Thank you.

I'm back again after another fantastic session. I may have done it before, but mixed in with all your other workouts, it always feels fresh. Btw, I saw the documentary about your childhood. It just goes to know how well we can disguise our mental health - even from ourselves. You probably won't have time to read this with all the DMs you do, but I write it on the assumption you will.
Completed long back and repeated it It made A huge difference it made me stronger and thinner I am from India and here the lockdown has yet not opened as cases are not the best so I am I have been doing this for a long time I have been following Joe for a long time and it has made a huge difference in my shape and my health thank you so much
