This is a guided breathing meditation to help you to slow your mind and help you experience an inner stillness beneath the distractions and stresses of everyday pressures. The meditation utilises your breath and guides you through a deep relaxation into a calm, uncluttered headspace. Suitable for all levels of experience.
This is great as a morning practice or any time to help you calm and slow your mind.

this meditation Is so amazing I mixed it with this app that is called BetterSleep and I played one of my mixes which is really coming in the background for some music because all the other meditations I found they usually have music which I didn’t like because I wanted to play my own music and there is mostly male voices and I really like this I really prefer a female voice it’s really calming and I really love it😅😊❤

Thanks so much for your guidance! You have helped me a lot. I have trouble concentrating without a voice to keep me interested. I will say that I prefer the videos with no music. You have the perfect voice and I am distracted a bit by the music. Trust your voice. A suggestion if I may. Please provide an ending; a coming back to reality. Sometimes the videos just seem to stop and I find myself anxiously checking to see if I have lost my connection or something. It's a bit jarring. As I said, you've helped me a great deal and I appreciate it. Thanks!

I'm really glad you enjoy it. If you find you drift off too easily posture can be really helpful, make sure you're nice and upright (it helps to sit on a cushion so that your knees are the same height or lower than your hips which supports the spine). Happy meditating!

Thank you Caroline for this short meditation practice. I loved it. You voice is so sweet. And the stillness from this voice is a breech to the mind and the heart. I simply melt when I hear your voice. I easily subscribed. However I wished to also see you doing the meditation because when you pause without talking it provokes me to open my eyes and see what happened? Then I loose control and my focus efforts are all gone. 🤗 So please please i encourage you to let's see you on the screen. It feels closer. It's like we are meditating in the same room together. Also let there be something moving behind or around you. Once again many thanks. You are amazing person. God bless you...💋 and hugs... Elio...

Hi @Elio0719 thank you, I’m glad you enjoy the meditations. I certainly will upload some meditations in the future where I’m taking you through as I film on camera. At the moment I don’t have a suitably quiet space where I can film.
