10-minute Stretch for Lower Back
These stretches are targeted at the lower back and may reduce/relieve pain in the lower back.
Suggested props: mat, blanket, blocks, music
Focus: lower back and spine
Note: Honor your body and only do what’s best without injuring yourself. I do not recommend having anyone push you farther into these poses.
