I’m very obese and have diabetes. I have just started a diabetic diet and have been able to maintain a drug free recovery. I have already lost weight. Anyhoo, I have incorporated your blue and pink classes into my daily exercise. I have been able to finally move my head and neck without pain. I love how encouraging you are. You have made a huge difference in my mobility. I hope to continue this journey. I have been doing your classes for two weeks now and it’s amazing how I can tie my shoes again or put on panty hose with out losing my breath. I actually took off my socks without falling over.
How could I thank you enough, Jessica? I often have stiff neck and shoulder 'cause I still haven't found the right pillow for my night time sleep. This routine really works to ease the pain. 😃💖
Try a Lincove pillow. I have had neck probs for years and this pillow helps for back sleeping. I start on back and then turn to side during night. When I flip to side, I slip another pillow under the Lincove. I have found after years of searching, there is not one pillow that takes care of all angles of sleep. Really hope this helps. Prayers for a healthy neck!
I absolutely love your videos! Your directions are so clear, your movements are slow and controlled. I have really benefited from your lessons. I am so glad I found you! Thanks again.
Hi! Ive been suffering from nerve pain for a year (CTS, elbow issues, neck) and nothing been working (meds, therapy, doctors can’t find what wrong lol…). My flair ups happen almost everyday and my way of life has been impacted immensely. I found your videos/head to toe series a week ago. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I can feel the relief asap and these exercises do so much for me compared to the ones I’ve been prescribed (I’m doing them with yours and in total it takes me 3 hrs to get through everything). I’m excited to heal with you. Although some of these are rough, I modify them and still get relief. Thank you! I’m so happy that I can do something as simple as draw for 10 minutes again. I seriously can’t thank you enough. ❤
Thank you so much, Jessica I've been in pain, especially neck for 2 months. Whenever I turn my neck right or left, I couldn't do it easily. But it feels much better now. When we finish in this movie, we did moves that we did first, right? It felt much better !!!!! I'm gonna do this moves everyday♡♡♡♡ So thank you♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
I have done one of the Pilates video on the RU-vid channel. Nice scenery etc ( which caught my attention) but too difficult for me to follow and not safe as I have strained my neck. Your video has helped me to recuperate slowly . Thank you 🙏 will follow you from now on. As I am new to the technique of Pilates ~I found your way of exercising to be balanced, paced and safe😊
I love the gentleness of your videos. Do you have a video to releave tinnitus, ringing in the ears. I've tried various techniques by Doctors but no real relief.
Hey Jessica, I love all 5 of these videos and want to be doing all 5 everyday that I can, but do you have a video that combines all of them in a shorter video? Thanks
Thanks Jessica. I'm a building contractor and have been suffering a lot of back, hip, and neck pain the last few months. Your videos really help. I must say you have a perfect physique. Evidence of your hard work!
Thanks Jessica! My physical therapist sent me this video and I feel so much better when I follow it regularly. I’ve been doing it every M-W-F. I wonder if I’ll ever be able to get my knees down on the floor sitting cross-legged like that? You make look so easy! I just do my best. I’m 75.
Hi Jessica. I’m so glad I found you and your videos. I was searching for beginner Pilates videos and found SO MUCH more. I’ve already checked out 2 videos and absolutely love them. I’ll be back tomorrow. See you then!
Jessica, thank you for being up beat, (but not too perky ; ) ) encouraging by giving rationale for each exercise. (I really like that you don't count through lots of repetitions, that can be so overwhelming) Your routines so far are gentle, but strenuous enough. I feel energized not depleted after finishing 2 today. Will be joining you for more!
Hi Jessica. I started to search for some new pilates sessions online and by good luck I found these exercises. I do pilates for more then 15 years but since the last 6 months I had too much work and my pilates was at a low level. But in the meantime I forced myself to start again, as you said "pilates is THE way to make your body stronger. And now I am here and your lessons are really fun, but also perfect! Thank you for sharing your lessons. Johan.
I love your videos!! Is been a year since I broke my ankle and still have problem walking and moving for a long periods of time. Can you please show me some exercises to improve my movements?
Hi. I just found this video, as I have neck problems. After doing this exercise I felt my neck was looser on the left but the right side was still tight. Any advice. Thank you. 😊
I’m starting up Pilates after many years…. I’m so stiff! O was discouraged at first but I finished the exercise and I feel really good! I found that my arms and shoulders are pretty stiff so I will keep working on getting my limberness back. Thank you for a great video!!
I've had a trapped nerve in my shoulder blade for a while the osteopath I've seem as said do pilates do they help rto relieve the issues I have ..? Thanks
Often when I drop my knees to the right or left my spine gives a little pop. There is no pain. It this okay or should I be careful not to drop them as far? Thank you for these videos they are transformational for me. I appreciate all the explanations you give as well 🙏. Be blessed!
Thank you for this. I am amazed at how one side is much stiffer then the other. The left side of of my neck is much less flexible---if that makes sense. Maybe these exercises will increase that flexibility
