This is a 10 minute upper/lower body exercise routine! This workout will be fun and easy to follow. We will be doing about 2 sets of a full body workout, using hand weights. Options will be shown, so this workout can be for all ages, sizes, and levels. Jenny Fit Start is a fitness channel for active seniors. Loved the quick 10 min workout - trying to do more but those mornings before work can get hectic so fitting in 10 minutes instead of 30 or 45 make is do-able and made my day start right! Keep it going! thanks Jenny

I’m back! I love this one. I’m using it to ease back in alongside the early 2020 lockdown ones you did. During lockdown I lost almost a stone and developed muscles I forgot I had. I returned back to my gardening job, still exercise, but I lapsed with your YT 🙄Now I’m retired and my garden has almost wound down for Autumn/Winter and I’m back on track. Thank you 😊 🇬🇧

Hi. All weight bearing exercises will help with bone density. All of my videos are designed for aging seniors and appropriate for helping prevent Osteoporosis.
