Hi, I'm Rhea. This is a 10 minute workout that is a high intensity cardio HIIT workout.
The jumping version of the workout is advanced and NOT suitable to complete beginners.
There are no-jumping modifications for each exercise that will get you a workout, but not raise the heart rate as much as the jumping exercises.
If you're looking to lose weight and burn fat, especially belly fat, a combination of strength workouts, cardio workouts and diet is the most effective.

Excellent workout i love it .This is my first hiit after 10 months of not working out and i only could do 5 mins so tomorrow I'll do it again and see if there's any improvement

since i haven’t done any type of body workout in a long time it was actually a bit challenging for me to finish this exercise however i want to keep going not only to lose weight but to have a healthier body i’m gonna come back tomorrow and note it if there’s any improvement ❤

Most of time I do 15 minutes indoor cycling and a 10 minutes HIT or cardio and 3 other 10 minutes workout so totally 55 minutes and it's really good.
